Called this number back and an individual identified as Paul.  from ING agency.

I asked if it was a collection agency and he said yes. So now you folks know.

Got a call from this number.  No message left.

Caller left 73 empty voicemails on our office phone system over the weekend.  Just 5 second empty voicemails.  I tried calling the number and it automatically hangs up.  

They left me a message saying I won a raffle that I entered into at a home good show or something like that.

Recieved a voice message to call a David M....could not understand the last name, because he had legal documents to be delivered to my address. He left another number to call 855-819-6410 comapny named PTC. Stated that it was for an investigation that was for the person that lived at my address. Never asked for me by name, mentioned my address or anything that seen=med real. The funny thing is my number is a pre-pauid cell phone for emergencys for my comapny. I have also gotten this same messages left with the phone numbers of: 918-007-1980, 202-599-8456, 661-748-0240, 657-999-6066,. Whoever this scammer is needs to quit harrassing people. I have reported it to the athorities in the states of the area codes howevr at this time they can not do anything until they have additional reports form others that have been contacted by the same.

Who is CSI? I get this call on my cell phone several times a month....called it back and just listened and the guy answers CSI....my phone hides the caller ID so I don't worry about him seeing who's calling.

Same as everyone else - angry message - call him back at 657-999-6066 (calling from Toll free number).  Exact same message every day (must be recording/robocaller).

yea this moran called again today 3-5-13 i answered  and gave him the von zipper i noticed that every time i spoke the recording started again. this is after i called the f.t.c. and filed a complaint on2-27-13 and also went on to the federal do not call list . so today i called my state attorny generals office and filed another complaint and when i called back this michael luaya? 657-999-6066  they answerd bail bonds i said is this 657 -999-6066 he said yes i mentioned in the von zipper way that the f.t.c. is coming to get ya. now i thought for a while and bail bonds  just didnt sit  quite right. so i called my state insurance comminsioners office and was right . so i von zippered  CSI AGAIN. at some point this is going to stop. SO I URGE EACH AND EVERY ONE TO FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THERE STATE ATTORNY GENERAL, STATE IN  SURANCE COMMIONSERS OFFICE . AND THE FEDRERAL TRADE COMMIONSON AND KEEP GOOD RECORDS BECAUSE I SMELL  SOME THING STINKY IN DENMARK AND ITS THE NOT THECHEESE  .                            ( VON ZIPPER )

I have started a blog about this company and planning to share my experiences as well as the research I find out about this company. I saved the rude voicemail message the rep left on my voicemail as well. Anyone speaking to these people please RECORD the conversation. If they mention anything that crosses the legal lines it will provide more proof of what they are doing. I will also be finding out the reporting person at the state of California for companies like this one and posting it on my site. I also found out the name of the possible owner of the company but I am holding off on publishing it till I get confirmation first.

My husband called the FTC today and said they are a litigation company.  When asked litigation for what, she wouldn't say.  Wouldn't even give her name.

Got the same sort of message today from this very R U D E fellow!! I wonder why, with all this modern technology available, he or at least the party responsible for paying this phone number's bill can?t be found?

I just got the same message now and it freaked me out at first... I mean, who does that?

THIS NUMBER ALSO COMES UP AS A TELEMARKETER FROM WELLMAN, IOWA.  He is threatening and intimidating and/or then maddening.  I called him back ready to tell off and probably fell right into his wicked web.  He needs to be stopped. we will call FCC tomorrow.

When I search their company via the state of california secretary of state no information is given. I did call back and told the representative Gina that I saved the nasty phone call I as well got from Michael and explained that I am already paying on the debt using a different company. I will be contacting them at their corporate number using this information:

I will also informing them that if they do not also provide their company information I will start calling the cops on them. To start harassment process. I am located in a different state but this will show them I am extremely serious.

I went to another website that says this telemarketer came from Wellman, Iowa. Just an FYI

Same exact message with same exact threats from Michael Luayay (Lu-i-aay)  I did call the number back as I was so angry.  Answering machine say 'Corporate Office". Not authentic at all but I probably gave him another number to call.  This guy and number needs to be reported to FCC, CIA, and anyone else who has power to do something about it.  It's discusting and I can't imagine my grandmother getting this kind of call.  It would traumatize her for life.  We are calling the phne company tomorrow to see if they can be of any help and the FCC.  Everyone who has experienced this should call.  Let's not let this guy do this to anyone else.

Sounds like a recording that's trying to be tough-- I'm sure it's not a live voice each time saying the same thing to all of us.  I imagine it's a collection agency-- I get calls now and then about a relative who I never see, but since we share a last name, I get calls referring to him.  Oh well...good luck, all!

I received an identical message from this guy?? Who does he think he is anyway? Why does he think he can speak to anyone like that? I hope someone finds out who he is and reports him to authorities.

Same thing,  whatever it is it's a scam.  He does not ID his company or explain why he is calling.  So assuming it is some kind of debt collector all you would have to do is walk into court and play the message.  Your honor no way i was going to return that call and the case if any would be dismissed.  

Remember if they violate the law in collecting then in all likelihood they are trying to collect something you don't have to pay.
