I have messages forwarded to me from a previous employee where I work and got a message today from this number.The man sounded Indian / Middle Eastern and was very hard to understand but he wanted to let the former employee know about a court case filled against him and that if he did not get a call back in a couple of hours he (the caller) would file a court subpoene. If the caller mentioned a company name I couldn't understand it.

It's the payday loan people that are giving out our information. Please ask the federal trade commission to look into that!

Same stuff Federal Trade Commision 877-382-4357 Start there they will suggest contacting the credit companies and put a fraud alert. Now... No doubt that my issue stems from a couple of online payday loan apps that I did because these creeps knew all of my information ss# dl# everything! This foreign guy Named James Murphy is the name he used with me. But trust me the FTC knows all about these guys.
This guy also gave me an adress very similar to an earlier post but mine was supposed to be the county court house in San Francisco 4000 McCalister St 94102. With that in mind I've decided to call the Sherriff's dept in that county.

I RECIEVE THESE CALL AS WELL. THE GUY NOT ONLY CALLS MY CELL BUT MY HOME NUMBER AS WELL. TODAY HE TOLD ME HE GOING TO KEEP CALLING ME HE'S FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERMENT AND IM GOING TO JAIL AND HE WANTS TO TALK TO TALK TO MY LAWYER ABOUT A DEAL. B***S*** I TOLD HIM I WORK FOR THE FEDERAL GOVERMENT HE LAUGHED AND HUNG UP. HE STOPPED CALLING MY CELL BUT STILL CALLS MY HOUSE LEAVING THESE CRAZY MESSAGES. RECENTLY MY OLD BANK CONTACTED ME SAYING THAT SOME KIND OF SECURITY BREACH HAD OCCURED AND THEY FOUND A COMPANY WITH SOME OF MY INFO IN WHICH THEY DIDNT SHARE MY INFORMATION TO. SO IM THINKING IS THIS IS THE COMPANY THAT HAS STOLEN MY INFO AND IS NOW CALLING ME HARRASING ME. THIS COMPANY OF SCAMMERS NEED TO BE TAKEN DOWN AND HELD LIABLE.

They have been calling me for about a year now..... the same thing about a loan that I did not pay off
but when I tell them to send me the info by mail they say they can't... They call my job and my cell phone.
One time my husband pick up the phone and they laught at him... I am so tired of this nonsence I wish it would stop.

Lmao these a**les keep calling me as well told me his name was Charlie Brown LOL and i continuously curse them out what i did was call and pose as law enforcement and gave them allthe info here as far as names  and told them that i was going to bring them up on harrasment charges they said they were removing my name and num from the list and hung up

These people first started calling me around January, 2011.   I thought I had finally gotten rid of them but they started calling back a couple of weeks ago.  Today I received a call from (661) 240-9193 on my cell.   Due to the fact that I was working I couldn't take the call, so they called my work number.   When I got to the phone it was a Brad Nelson---some guy with a very heavy accent.    Same story-    I took out a loan in the amount of $1,500 which was supposed to be paid back in two installments.    Now this loan company has charges against me and I will be served on my job in front of my bookkeeper and human resources manager "since I used my job informtation to get the loan." When I informed the caller that I work for a government agency, that all calls are recorded, and that he had better make sure he had the documentation to back up his claims, he hung up on me---only to start calling back on my cell.    
There have been days that I have received as many as 10 calls from different people with different/blocked numbers.     One caller even told me to write my debit card number on a sheet of paper and fax it to him!!!

What can I do to stop this----this is nothing but harrassment!!!!

Told my roomates that the cops were gonna come f**k him up the a** lol really if you are gonna scam be more professional. Also told him it wasnt his right to know the information and They were sending his stuff to his employer but wouldnt tell him which employer. These guys are not smart at all...

The name has changed to Brad Nelson though he can barely pronounce it. same number, same bs. He has done some research and thinks he can scare you into sending money to settle a dispute he has no claim in. IT IS A SCAM, and not a good one at that. Tell him you are officer such and such and he'll just hang up.

Yeah he just called me 2 hours ago, Its a big scam. He did have me scared though, that i could be arrested though.. The sheriffes department laughed at them, told me not to worry at alll.

I just received another call from Brandon Brown, threatning me that i would be arrested tomorrow at work.. i would serve 3 to 10 years behind bars..He said the sheriffes department was coming to arrest me.. I called the sheriffes department, they came out and took a report, and they even called the guy.. He didnt believe he was a cop..Its scarry, how these people have all of our information. he has mine at least..

I received another call today and this time the guys name was brandon brown. I told him i neeeded an address so my attorney could send someone to speak with him. He gave me this address

Most likely it is a false address just like these idiots that keep calling. Today Iasked him why it has been over 2 months that he has been calling and they keep threatening me to take legal action. I told him that if it was a real deal i would of been served papers already. He hung up on me.

Sober_pa     yes they are scammers that is for sure. as you can see above,that daniel white and i went at it. they did take the remarks about me off of 800notes but BEWARE another number called me today and its 408 520 2483. same old scam and crap!!

After several attempts to reach Brad Nelson and phone number 661-240-9193 just got a busy signal, found another number of 760-269-3824. They where rude, spoken India, spoke with a Nick Stevens, he will not give me no information of the company, threaten me to take me to court for not telling him my name and hung up, redial the number I ask to speak to the supervisor, and he was basically screaming at me so I gave him my last name, and he stated that he had no paperwork on me and hung up. Did another redial they answer the phone as a "Bakery, do you want to order donuts, bagels" I ask to speak to Nick Stevens and he hung up.

Got a call from my current job about a Brad Nelson at 661-240-9193 wanted some information about me. My current employer didnt understanf him bescouse of a forgein acesnt, and they will not give no personal information about me to him. They give me the number to call have tried several times to call them, only get a busy singal evrytime.

my client would not pay them the money and they threathen her that they would put her number out on google with slanders remarks-they did that and now we are going to find them and get them for slander. im not sure how to get her number removed from google-any help out there from anyone would be helpful.

I recently started receiving these calls, but not at my house. They've been calling my parents house and telling my mom that she was lying when she said she wasn't me. They never left any information, but this phone number asking me to return the call or to have my lawyer return the call. I haven't lived at my parent's house for years so no, I'm not returning the call, but will report them.

that dany white is one of the scammers as you can see above. he has left threatening mgs on my phone and i too have reported him to the local police-who love to track these folks down and shut them down. Homeland security and FTC also love to track them down. it wont be long and they will shut them down im sure.

What I have found is that you have to push with your reporting. I didn't just got to the IC3.gove website, I called my FBI field office. I called my state Homeland Security and Secret Service Offices. I called my state police instead of my local police. And when they called, I told them this. A SS agent actually called them back on my behalf and I haven't had a call since. I have tracked numbers and reported them to the telcomm companies that own them.

The FBI has received over 10,000 compliants. THe officer I spoke to made calls to our regional office and then at a national level. From what he tells me, this is not being looked at as a scam anymore, but attempted extirtion ring, and it is being actively investigated. THe FTC is also actively investigating this and says they are VERY close to closing in on several perpetrators. There have been a number of people on these boards contacting DATELINE NBC- enough of us that they are actively researching and putting together a story....... and I encourage anyone here to do so. a person named danny white(yeah right) called me friday nite. he said that allications were against my ssan -blah blah. i told him i knew he was a scammer and not to call anymore. he called 25 times after that and left me msg with just heavy breathing!! what a jerk!!  all i could do is laugh at him-made him madder!

I was informed from a middle eastern named brandon brown, in which i knew nobody with that accent could have that kind of accent and have an american name.. They said if i dont fax my DL's in with a promisary note i will be in court facing three charges. I didnt believe it, so I called the city and government of San Francisco California and they never heard of such people
