Received on 4/11/14. No clue what ARM is nor do they say what the call is about.

i got a phone call from "Microsoft" claiming someone bought a 1 year subscription to a anti virus website but my credit card # came up stolen, which it was many years ago.

Used blackberry to autodial back. Got fax.

Microsoft Online Technical Support, in response to a service request that I opened.

One of the Microsoft Customer Service Call Centers. Specifically the one located in Monterrey Mexico.

It was Microsoft.   They will usually leave message.

Got a call from this number in response to an issue with MSDN Essentials that was offered with a new purchase of VS 2010.
A young woman claiming to have the name Stephanie called and left a message to call her back to resolve the issue.
I called Bertlemann (the company that is identified in the caller ID) and they had no idea who she is.
The return phone number "Stephanie" gave was 1-800-756-5474 which is a fax number.  The extension she left is 3410 and it does not exist.
Microsoft's use of prisoners to provide service does not work any better than any of the other companies using prisoners as the inmates could not possibly care less about the customer or the company they are representing.  Once again a major fail for Microsoft.

This was Microsoft, calling me back to help sort through some problems I was having accessing their volume licensing website.

Was on other line when they called. Called back and got fax machine. I know I dialed it correctly since I let the blackberry dial the callback from caller id

This is a return call from XBOX aka Microsoft. I had some issues w/ them and they called me back from this number; T

I got a call from this number and the voicemail was from a Microsoft department alerting me that they had shipped something to me.
