I'm on the no-call list, but they keep calling several times a day.
That is illegal.

Got a call at work on 10/23/03 from someone named Dansel

The representative called my work line only and left a message that D Jones was calling and to have my attorney call back.  Tried to call the # 661-263-4023 and received a fast busy tone.  Company name not disclosed on message.

Called and stated taking me to court if I didn't set up a payment plan with them, but they weren't a collection agency.  The guy on the phone had a serious Indian accent and said his name was Dan Jones, senior attorney with some law firm in California, but when I said that I wanted to speak to his supervisor, he put someone else on the phone.  What a bunch of idiots!

you should pay no attention to these people. they just want to scare you by saying they will take you to court if you don't pay them back(i don't know for what) i get the same call and reported them to the BBB.

Just got a voicemail at work from a person they said was the name Patrick Johnson. He had an india accent. Yeah ok someone with that accent has that kind of name, i dont think so. He said that he has time sensitive info and that if I dont return there call all he can do is wish me good luck. yeah ok. number he told me to call back on was 661-263-4023. Not going to call it back or speak to them.

called me at work 3 times yesterday morning. says time sensitive legal matter. Told them not to call back.
