This just happened to me. I just got that same call. What did you do they know everything about me. They called my boss and parents and my ex. did the police help the calls stop?

HELP PLEASE

Received two voicemails in a row - one from a heavily accented man claiming to be Officer Austin Jones - you could hear someone in the background coaching him - the second was from Mr. William Ellington - bla bla bla - these people call for a couple of months - stop for a couple of months then start all over again - I have no idea who they are - I have never taken out a loan or even expressed interest in getting a loan -

They're f'ing scamming do***e bags that should be bankrupted and forced to clean my taint after a bought of Montezuma's revenge!

I just got a call from the a** holes. For the past 2 years the rag head a$$ wipes call often Its all a scam I mean come on Loyd is a american name not a rag head name When Im off work and bored and they call I love to mess with them they get so pissed off it laugh for hours Im pretty sure a couple of them cust me out in the indian language  They dont like it when you tell them
'they need to stop taking the towel off there head and using it to tie there goats up and having sexual intercourse with the goat an the next time I hear of them doing it again him or his attorney need to contact me asap and if I dont hear from him or his attorney in a timely matter all I can say is I wish you the best of luck" I believe after I said that he had said " you white trash american son of a b****" If im not mistaken he mumbled as he was hanging up " I love my Goats"
I really hope these a$$ holes read these post and If you are reading the post Mr. T**** Head I coming looking for you my goat is walking funny and keeps saying DDDAAAAMMMNN TTTTOOOWWEEELL HHHEEAADS

These people call and tell you owe money when you don't I fell for it once and it cost me over two Thousand dollors>  Please be careful

About 18 months or so ago, I got a phone call from someone with a heavy East Indian accent offering a payday loan to me. Things were tight and rent was late so I was a bit of a sucker and went to the site he described (mypaydaynow.com) I applied for a loan and was turned down, but about 30 days later $40 was taken from my account! Read the application agreements, folks. Apparently in applying I had also signed up for some shoppers club with a free 30 day trial period, then $39 a month thereafter. No refunds. I canceled the "membership" and chalked it up a a lesson learned.
    A few  months later I started getting regular calls from the same people (Always with an Indian accent) trying to get me to apply again at the same site as before. I kept refusing. Finally my husband answered the call and said very politely that we were not interested and to please stop calling. The twit on the other end screamed "F*** You!" three times at him and hung up.
    Three minutes later we started getting calls much like those described in the other posts here. Always a heavy Indian accent. Always some twit claiming to be a police officer or (My personal favorite) an FBI agent. Always claiming I was in serious arrears on a payday loan and needed to pay $250-$500 immediately or face arrest or court summons.  Fortunately it was pretty easy to figure out it was a fraudulent call. I said all innocence each time "Oh is this about that loan from "Mypayday.com?" They would always say yes and I would always tell them what bs that was, as I'd never taken a loan with them.
     Well now, just a few minutes ago I got another one from these idiots, and this time I think I'm going to pursue legal action. It's pretty clear it's actually a phone bank in India. You can hear the chatter from other callers in the background. It's most likely being rerouted from India into a hub in Palmdale.
    Hang in there Folks, this is just a highly illegal attempt to extort money from Folks who have lost track of how many internet payday loans they have out there and you are well within your rights to tell them so and hang up.

Theese people called me today saying I was facing jail time if I didnt pay a loan that I had accepted online at cashnet theese people are so stupid I called this loan company that they claimed I had reseaved a loan from and they had no record so when they called back I answered and told them to not ever call my number again and he started yelling at me so I told him what I did that I called that company that he said I owed money to and they had no record of me then he tried to turn it all around on me saying why did you ask me to take care of this if there is no problem so I screamed at him telling him again to never call me again and hung up thinking maybe he would stop well he didnt he called atleast 30 times in a row so I had to call my cell company and have my number changed.
Tomorrow I will be going to the local police department and filing a claim against him! O and I found out where the call is coming from it coming from Palmdale CA

THEY CALLED AT WORK AND LEFT A MESSAGE WITH MY BOSS. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THIS IS

A person who dated my son got a call at my house from this number. They made it sound like it was a law enforcement agency, calling themselves officer so and so and saying a legal case had been filed against her. Unfortunatly the guy had an accent and I couldn't make out everything he said. However I do know that if people are getting threatening calls from creditors that is against the law. THis is what it sounded like to me. A company called legalhelpers.com will help people sue creditors who do that and sometimes can get a good judgement of money and at least make them stop.

this number keeps calling my office at work. over and over and over. and says he will call 100 times each day. Has been threatening.
