So your phone rings. You answer it. Who are you talking to? Can you say, with 100% certainty, that you know who you are talking to? For a few dollars in software your caller ID can say anything someone wishes it to. Remember, you did not make the call, with a number you verified as real, & correct. Does it sound right to you to PAY money, to GET money? It is a very simple Nigerian advance fee scam. You send them money - you get nothing. In scams, It is older than old!

I got a few calls and spoke to a woman by the name of Elena at Successful Consulting saying that I can borrow money to pay bills, loans, etc and not have to pay it back. To start the program and get the funding I needed, I had to pay $2500 and that I would the money in 30days. I had to fill out some paperwork first in order for the process to begin. Doesn't sound right to me.

its now 2/10/14 and these scammers are still in business. They have the same phone number but now they are called Successful Consulting. They have called me 5 times in the last week. Its the same man every time and he has threatened me, called me a hateful b----, and harressed me in every way possible. Now I have my tape recorder ready and when he calls back I am going to be so nice until I get the info on tape that I need. Then I will tell him that he is being taped. It came across my caller i.d. as Corp.something but he told me he is with financial consulting. I now have a call in to the supervisor or someone in authority with this phone number but so far they have not returned my call. Not surprising!!!!!!!!

When I googled the phone number 661-295-9075 I came upon this website. What I am reading is scaring me! I have applied for a job with them in their accounting/bookkeeping department. The girl who called me for an interview told me their company name is Successful Consulting. I am wondering if this is the same company you are all talking about and they changed their name, or they have acquired the other company's phone number? I could never work for a company that does what all of you have stated!

Our grandfather has giving them 2500 and no service has ever been done, how can we get his money back. Our next step is our attorney friend if this company does not mail him a check for the 2500 that they took.

I worked there for a few weeks. Was hired under the premise that I would be a financial advisor. This company is a scam outright asking especially the elderly what their major problems in life are then tell prey on those hardships claiming that an investment of $X will have us work for a certain period of time. The company was pulling in $50k + a month this way. What we would do would then do is call the person ("Coaches") all of us had fake names we used that were assigned to us, and tell the person to write us a letter about whats happening in their life and send it to us. We would then simply google foundations in your area and foward them your letter knowing that you do not qualify for any of the programs we used. We would then type a "Letter of completion" Some of you have received this... which means that Ementoring/DKMentoring/Etc. is done with you. You have just paid thousands of dollars to have me sit on google for an hour and accomplish nothing. I was contacted by the FBI and I then informed them of all who were involved. If you have been duped by this company I would advise you to contact the FBI's Fraud devision http://www.fbi.gov/contact-us and let them know that you too have been scammed.    FYI the company has disappeared from its location over night and their website is down. What scares me is that they are still out there doing some BS to someone and I can't seem to keep track of them. If anyone knows where they have moved please post here so we can keep tabs on these A-Holes  (Shaan, Shelly, Kaycee)

This information is correct. I was hired to work for them part time to make calls following a script and always had my suspicions about them if they were legitiment or not. The Constellation address is the correct address if you want to go after them.

I'm trying to get a W2 from them the past few weeks and have been unsuccessful! I guess I have to just not claim that as one of my sources of income. I'm glad they let me go as early as they did if this is indeed a scam.

Rtswia, Hello, as I told Larry above, My mother was, unfortunately taken for $3,500.00 from these scammers. They too also sent her a short questionnaire of which is how I found about her involvement in the program. First thing is, did your mother sign those documents and return them? I took the package from my mother and demanded her not to speak to them until I had spoke to them. Needless to say they did not talk to me, and kept saying she had 3-days to cancel. I took action and finally recovered every penny. It's so sad, and literally breaks my heart that people would do that to our elderly citizens looking to better themselves. It's not okay. If you'd like, drop me your e-mail and I will talk to you about this in more depth. Im trying all that I can to ensure these scumbags don't disrespect not another elderly, or non-elderly person in search of bettering them selves with grants.

Cheers.

Prank Call
Hello,

I'm so sorry other elderly people were ripped off by this so called e-mentoring. So was my mother- she gave them $800 from her credit card. Has anyone been successful in getting their money returned? The credit card company demands to see a document from the company promising services signed by my mother. However, my mother said she only filled out a simple application form she finally got in the mail & signed nothing. They took her card # over the phone. She's 85 & unfortunately believed everything they told her.

Hello Larry,
Do you happen to have an E-Mail address? My mother fell victim to these guys back last October, and we successfully retrieved her money by following a few steps. I would love to get in contact with you, if you have an e-mail by any chance.

Best of Cheers

My mother has gotten involved with this scam.  E-Mentoring called her and said they could help get her grants totaling $20,000 for her medical expenses.  They said she would need to pay a small amount ($1200) but she would get that money back.  She told me they had called and I told her not to give them any information.  She proceeded to fill out some paperwork telling her credit card number, ccv number and expiration date.  The last time she went to the hospital, my brother stopped at her house to pick up a few things and answered a phone call from these folks.  They asked for more paperwork to be mailed ASAP.  He told her that Mom had entered the hospital that day.  They wished her a speedy recovery but could she get those papers mailed.  My borther and I started looking at the paperwork and both got bad feelings.  The next day, I found information on this web site.about their behavior.  I immediately reported her credit card lost.  Looking at her credit card activity a few days later, a charge for $1200 was made the same day they found out she was in the hospital.  I filed a complaint and MasterCard is investigating.  I told her we would wait for the investigation to finish.  Now, they keep calling.  She told them she wanted her money back.  He said no problem but if she would mail that paperwork the credit would come faster.  I told her not to send anything.  This week a woman called promising faster credit if she mailed the papers.  Now Mom wants me to call these people.  I said no way!!!

Ementoring International A.K.A. Dkmentoring, Experiencedmentoring and, a slew of other names_ This company is one of the most disgusting scams out there! (how would you feel if your grandparent couldn't afford their medication any longer?) This company takes minimum of $600.00 up to 10's of thousands from elderly people nationwide, majority 80 years old and older, as a "Investment" and promises that they will find them Grants, Financial assistance and other such $ that is nonexistent.(Many times they simply search Google and print coupons to places near them and mail it off as a "COMPLETION") With less than a 1% success rate and an average of $50 to $100k of income per MONTH this company is under investigation by the FBI has a F rating with the BBB and has countless watchdog organizations keeping a close eye on them. In addition to their unscrupulous activities, they are posting jobs that claim to be between $10 and $20 dollars per hour and full time, to which is also a lie as they have no intention of paying more than the $10 per hour and only have positions with part time hours. If you are looking for a "government grant", the best place to research this information is from your local library. There are books on writing grant proposals and filing grant applications yourself. Ask your local librarian for this information all FREE of charge. No need to pay some scumbag "mentor" $3500 for information that can be obtained from your local library. Please stop falling for this crap and put this scum out of business.

On  Sept 29 2010 I applyed for a grant to start a business whereby a &3500.00 charge was made to my credit card to pay for menter help . I did this calling by useing phone # 661-295-9075 and did  get to talk to a few individuals  during the initial start of this program.  After a few days  I called back useing this number but could not access it. I then recieved a phone call from phone number 661-702-1141 with an individual telling me she would be my mentor for securing a grant. Calling back on this number  didn't give me accass to anyone. I was next cantacted by another individual useing phone 661-238-4010,14 Dec 11. This individual has sent me a few forms to fill out which I have sent back . Todays date is 21 Feb 11 and I haven't recieved any responce back. I find this very frustrating  and have no idea what else to do.  With phone # 661-238-4010 EX 7026 I have talked to a young lady named Alex
