Recieved phone call from this number. The caller asked for me. I asked who he was and why he was calling. He stated his name was Max and needed to talk to 'Rachael' I asked why he was calling. He stated, "I just need to talk to her." The caller was sketchy and did not give much information as to why he was calling me or where he was calling me from.

Michelle or Michele Raz initiates calls by asking for the person she wants to speak with and when asked the nature of her call and her name, she says "I'm just an old classmate and friend of .....(name of person she's trying to reach)and that she moved to California;" and never states the nature of the call.  Well Michelle/Michele or however you choose to spell your name, this is "ILLEGAL" and you are supposed to be honest about who you are and the nature of your call when working for a collection agency.  You are not supposed to mislead anyone to believe something not true when you're trying to collect money.  Also, if you were wise then you would tell the truth about your name and nature of call because the person you may actually speak with could be the person you really "need" to speak with and he or she does not give you his or her information.  Incidentally, very few people today will just give personal information over the phone.  This is not only common sense, but taught in school...maybe even during student presentations @ the University of Phoenix.  If you want to collect money, then be professional and handle business appropriately if you want payments from people.
