all morning someone keeps calling me from this numer and screaming, that I called them. This is scam!!! What to do to get rid of this scam??

I got a call from someone who identified themselves as an operator asking if I would take a collect call from the name of my son's friend. The caller was not who they were represented to be and I am wondering if this is some type of scam.
