For the past 2 days I've received calls from this number and when I answer the call there's no answer it stays on the line for a couple of seconds then they hang up and when I return the call it doesn't ring. This is getting really annoying.

ive had two calls from this number and when i answer, the line goes dead. then i try to call back and all i get is "all circuits are busy, please try your call again later" and it sounds kind of distorted. i don't get it.
