Got a call this afternoon from this number.  Didn't recognize it, so didn't pick up.  When the machine answered, they hung up before the outgoing message finished, and left no message.  I called the number back a few minutes later, and got telco recording :your call cannot be completed as dialed", so the CallerID is probably spoofed.
