this number showed up three times on my caller id.  No message left.

People, if you're on the DNC list you still must report back to them each time you receive a call from these telemarketers / nuisance / scamming callers. Registering your tele. number alone does nothing. The DNC doesn't know who's calling you unless you keep them informed!

I just called the offending number (661-670-2619) and a recorded message explains at some length that the Donor Services phone number has been cloned by someone else who is responsible for these calls & that they are taking steps to try to stop them. They recommend complaining to either the FTC, FCC or your state AG's office. Whether it's true or not, who knows.

Just got a call from this number, no message.

I am getting repeatedly calls from the Planned Parenthood Federation of America.  The Caller ID on my telephone gives no telephone number nor the party calling.  When I answered the phone the woman said she was from Planned P F of A.  

I told her I was on the Do Not Call List.  She kept talking over me again and again.

Now robo calls are showing up with no caller name and no telephone.

"Donor services" have been calling me along with "card services". I am on the national do not call list for over a year. (so much for the govt helping the people out) lol.
What I do is use the blocking services that the phone company has. You need to call them and find out if you have those services or not. The block on 6616702619 today makes 21 numbers that I have blocked so far. Good luck.

Donor Services calls me weekly at the same time. I report them weekly to Do Not Call. If this "Donor Services" is in fact a charitable organization, then Do Not Call would be ineffective. There are five pages here from individuals complaining about this harassing Donor Services. It would be nice if Sixty Minutes or some TV newszine did some investigative reporting on such outfits as Donor Services and the efficacy of the Do Not Call Registry. As we approach the fiscal cliff, will Do Not Call be tossed over it early on? And will we mourn its passing?

Second call from them.....SECOND time requested them to remove our number from their list! I don't believe this is for a family planning parenthood or whatever! JUST STOP CALLING!!!!!   ALL telemarketers should be included in the DNC list, NOT politics, charities, and survey people to be accepted! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!They are ALL telemarketers!

There are TOO MANY SCAMMERS that take advantage of people that don't check these things out BEFORE they open their wallets! They ALL need to be on and the FCC or FTC, whoever it is NEEDS to change the DNC list to include ALL telemarketers! It gets really old to tell these people OVER, over, & over again to remove the number from their lists in which MOST do NOT respect!!

Yep, yep, another rah-rah for PhoneTray. I use it for Caller ID data collection, but I don't block callers with it. Why's that? Because MY PHONE NEVER RINGS ONCE (95 exclamation points here) due to some barely legal charity caller. I took steps a year ago to eliminate the worst offenders, using federal law to put the fear of God into commercial fundraisers.

You are likely to find the majority of charity calls are placed by a commercial fundraiser, such as Associated Community Services, Dial America, Donor Care Center, Donor Services Group, (mentioned here) Harris Direct, Horizon Marketing, InfoCision, Insight Teleservices, MDS, and TeleFund. As commercial entities, these hired call centers are expected to honor an internal no-call list and add any number upon request. Break that order, the FTC declares, and ''the telemarketer may be subject to a fine of up to $16,000.'' They are also covered to a point by other regulations for telepests, so you can kvetch about abandoned calls, bot calls to mobile phones, and so on.

No one else reading this page can ''have them stop it'' on your behalf. No one can magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. You will not get compliance with your orders until, if possible, you deliver them *directly* to your caller.

This Sucks!   Receiving calls on a daily basis on my cell phone == So glad I have caller ID -- I will not answer because I don't wish to use my minutes on an unsolicited call.   I consider them to be obnoxious for even calling in the first place since my phone is listed on the "DO NOT CALL LIST".  In order to list a complaint there, you need to answer the call and find out who it is and all pertinent data to file, and THEY KNOW THIS TOO!  Sucks big time!

I guess you aren't familiar with the alphabet. It starts with "A" and runs from there to Z. Notice how their list of services are organized in the same pattern?

Its has made my life so much easier. i STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE!! The free offer may have ended, but it's well worth whatever it now costs...maybe about $30. I was also receiving calls on a daily basis from this number.  I went to the website, www.donorservices.com,  and emailed both individuals listed.  I received a reply from both almost immediately.

They were very, very nice and apologetic.  I told them how intrusive the calls were becoming and also about hangups.  They were also apologetic about this, told me no one should be receiving calls more than once per day and that their employees were certainly not instructed to hang up.  

Their employees are instructed to remove names if requested.  However, in order to do this you have to answer the phone when they call and ask that your name be removed.  If you let your answering machine take the call they will just keep calling.

The gentlemen I corresponded with promised the calls would stop and they did immediately.  Not all telemarketers are irresponsible and these folks certainly were not.  They were actually grateful that I contacted them and made them aware of the issues so they can be addressed.  Obviously if you are trying to generate donations, harrassing the potential donors is counter productive.

Many calls from this number on my call log, today I was home and took it.  It was a man asking to set up a monthly donation plan for Planned Parenthood.

I get almost 4 calls a day from 661-670-2619.  It appears as "Donor Services"  I do NOT want these phone calls! Any ideas?

Great info, thank you.  There are a number of email addresses listed on their website so I wrote and told them to stop calling.  If the calls continue I am going to email them in kind for ever call I receive.

I also left a message on their Facebook page; hopefully that will help.  

I would love to find out what charities sold my information to them.  I would immediately stop donating.
