I got the same calls. Now they are calling my house and work number and I'm about to get in trouble at work. I've tried to get help, reporting it to the police and they said to take it to the FBI. So if you keep getting these call then keep a record of them, date and time, the number and what they are saying to you. It's like you can't do anything to stop them from harrassing  you. They use real companies names, like loan company names, just get the name and then call the real company and you can get an affidavitt from the real company that you don't owe any money. That'll be proof if you decide to press charges, but you have to go to through the FBI. Local cops can't help

Arizona consumers are receiving collection calls from fake law firms or fake government agencies telling them they owe money to a payday loan company and threatening them with legal action, Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne said Friday.

Consumers are also being asked to provide bank account information to pay off the outstanding debt.

Horne?s office reports the collection call sounds legitimate because the company has personal identifying information including the consumer?s bank account information, full or partial Social Security number and/or driver?s license number. The company may also have information about the consumer?s employer and personal friends and relatives.

The Arizona Attorney General?s Office reminded consumers payday loans are illegal in Arizona as of June 30, 2010. If a payday loan was taken out prior to that date and a balance is still due, the consumer is still obligated to pay back the debt.

i got call from this same number 5 time day  im sick of this cant talk person some body need to put a stop to this person

I have received several calls this week stating that I I am in serious trouble and that they are going to come get me from my job or home and that if i do not deal with them as this is already too far than good luck to me and hang up.  When I tried to get more information they just tell me its a customer by Payday cash and that they cannot give any more information and that they are Hopkins.  When I asked for a validation of debt they refused and just starting yelling at me.  I had my husband call and they gave him a little more information but hung up on him as well.  Totally lame... and last time I knew attornies didn't come get you and put you in jail. Reading everyone elses comments has put me at ease and made me feel better.

Called told me I owe money for a loan I never took out.I played along,first he said I must fax a form authorizing him payment from my debit card, then he told me to go to western union to send money.He instructed me to call back when i get to western union.Woow Scam Scam....Looking forward to calling him back.Stay tuned..lol

I have received phone calls from this number to my cell phone and my direct line at work ...the message is a threat saying if i dont return the call or my lawyer then the message will unfold in my hands and i wish you good luck if you do not call me .they have called every few minutes for about 4 weeks straight and then the calls subsided and then the calls began again this morning to my cell phone and then simultaneously to my work number.

I received a call from this number twice today, 661-731-3209 to my cell first call I got it did show the number on my caller ID second call was a private call from the same guy he did left a message about owing money to some cash advance. But I just keep ignoring and I am about to do a police report so I will see what I come up with. I do have a voice mail saved from this people i wi bring it to local police station.  Anyways anybody has any advices. ?? Please let me know.. I am getting tired of this f* scammers ...

JUST RECEIVED THE SAME KIND OF THREATENING CALL.  HAVE BEEN FOR OVER A YEAR. HAVE LODGED COMPLAINTS W/POLICE DEPARTMENTS ALL OVER THE US. CONTACTED SEVERAL BUREAUS, THEY STILL KEEP COMING. ONLY WAY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM I HAVE BEEN TOLD IS TO CHANGE MY PHONE #.  I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same here...blah.blah.blah...they pose as fake agencies and use scare tactcis and threatening and intimidation factors to make people give their bank account information online.  Your personal information was more than likely sold by some former unethical and corrupt employee of these businesses and now it is being passed around on the black market from criminal to criminal.  Very annoying and harassing...unfortunately, the real police and true agencies don't care because they are so common now and hard to track down.

got a call message from this number today. a man named robert with a very heavy accent saying that i am in serious legal trouble and needs my attorney info and for me to call him back and if i dont good luck to me. i called the number that he left and he went on to say that he is from a law firm that represents USA Paydaycash and that i took $829.83 and have not paid it back so now im being sued. i asked him when this so called happened and he said the beginning of the year. i asked him to send me proof of all of this and he said rudely well thats why im calling you. i started yelling saying that i wanted proof on paper of this which he cant provide and said that im goin to lose my job and that the cops are coming to my house. after he wasnt gonna get to say anything else he yelled that he will sue me for like $7000 now. really stupid and they really need to get a life!

idk who they ar but they called me, and was very very rud and threatned to take me to court. But I found out that they are a part of some type of scamming company from another website by googling in the number. I am know about to file a complaint with the police and then see where it goes from there.
