I have been getting phone calls from a guy named "Ryan Smith" from this same phone number, they've called me twice and left voicemails, so I called back and started asking questions, they said I was being sued, so I asked where they were calling from and if they could send me a letter, they then told me to "get lost" and hung up the phone. They also had a thick accent, maybe Indian.

This is a guy claiming ive taken out a payday loan or something and his attorney wants to sue me. This is the 2nd round of calls they have started with me. The guys name is James Miller or something, kinda surprising since the guy sounds Indian.

Just called the number back (with my number blocked). Guy said his name was Lance Martin. I asked what company and he hung up.

Called me 7 times within 4 minutes.
I told the guy not to call anymore and to send me a letter if it was in regards to a legal matter. They are calling my business line.
Foreign guy who I could barely understand.
I ignored the 8th call and let it go to voice mail. This is what he said:
Jack Smith, couldn't understand, couldn't understand, couldn't understand, legal matter...yada...had the last 4 of my social and my work email address. Said to call them back on this number. Said something about $5000 and that if it's not resolved I could be arrested.

This may be an extortion scam. Scammers use bought/hacked/phished loan application data to extort payments for fictitious debts from victims and victims' families and friends.

i just got this call from a guy named william something and he swears up and down that there is a case building or something i couldnt understand him it sounded like a computer or a voice recorder or something but im getting tired of theses people calling. i dont owe anything and i haven't took anything out for along time and all that i did was paying it and it was last year.

I received a call from this number at my work number stating that there was a lawsuit with my name on it, but the person could hardly speak english, stated that he was a parallegal for an Attorney named Lance Martin, but when you call the number it is just a voice mail, and yes this is a land line. I want them reported as I reported this number to my attorney.

Caller: scam "Federal Credit agency"

Same as everyone above. I had the Kentucky State Attorney General call them and they told him he wasn't a real attorney and hung up on him. Now they are calling my work I wish I could hunt them down and sue them for harassment.

They call me all the time and has even has used foul language I told them that I was going to report them to the police and they still call me.

I have gotten a previous call from these guys only it was in New York city. This new number just called today and they don't even have the right names. I wish the police actually did more, since you can trace the call these f****rs are stupid enough to use a land line
