I keep getting it too. Lancaster CA. And I tried texting while is this and it came back as a landline. I don't answer numbers I don't know.

What i usually would do with prank callers that call multiple calls 1-2 days is texting them back with nonsense/ spam/vulgarity. Any cell with texting is capable of texting to any landline what I find really fun is and helpful are these
texting spam is most effective for me
(they'd each be in seperate msgs.)Theyr quick n easy I usually send whenever I get the chance over and over multiple times even about a day after they stop n I'm sure no matter how long they try.. they'll eventually give up haa you have the power

I'm getting them to. I have a texting app and I pay by the minute for calling I even pay for missed calls. I noticed I pay for missed calls from this number calling multiple times everyday. I even enabled incoming calls from it but somehow its still getting through.pissing me off cause its the only way of getting alhold of my school and my daughter's pediatrician. I've texted n asked who it was thinking maybe it was someone I knew cause I live in that area code and no answer but the calls keep coming. -_-
I don't pay for actual monthly bill jus as I go so the minutes last as long as they can.
