I got a call where the caller-id stated Arvin, CA.  So I answered and then they started to ask if I was who they were calling.  Then they wanted my ssn, dob, and more.  They are trying to collect a debt that I am to have with Capital One from 1991.  What a JOKE.  I told the person to hold as I got Capital One on the line with a 3 way call.  I asked if I had all of us one the line.  Then I told the people from Midlan Credit to tell the person with Capital One about the debt I am to have.  The lady at Capital One started to laugh and told them I have had an account them since 1979 and in over 30+ years I have NEVER been past due.  She then hung up.  I told he jack*** at Midlan that I wanted the info that they had about me.  I was told they could not give out that info.  So I told them call me again and I will sue.  I also told them that I too was recording the call.  He then said F??K YOU and hung up.

This number calls my office several times a day! We have registered, reregistered and keep registering ALL OF OUR NUMBERS with National Do Not Call and still they call. WTF!

Called my cell phone.  I didn't answer, no message left.  They have called before......over and over again.  I have my number on the do not call list.  Does that list even work?

i GOT THE SAME CALL AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT. TOLD HIM I COULD NOT CHAT AT THE MOMENT. WHY NOT JUST SEND IT? HE KNEW MY ADDRESS TOO.

I received several calls from YMS checking to see if I am receiving my magazines...I have told them on numerous ocassions that I have not renewed my subscriptions, and they insist that i am up for renewal. I believe my information was sold because they somehow have the last four numbers of my credit card. And I just recently checked my checking account to see that I was charged $49.90 for a subscription for magazines from YMS...and of course the number leads you to a customer service line that is voicemail stating that all reps are busy answering calls. I am reporting this number and the name of the company to Consumer Affairs.

They just called my cell phone 10 minutes ago. Since I did not recognize the number I did not answer. NO message left.

I got an automatic voice message from 786 358 5655 and it said to call 855 397 2237 saying I won a $100  walmart gift card. when I called the number out of curiosity a young woman answered and said thank you for calling YMS. I then said hi I'm just calling to see if this is a scam about the 100 dollar walmart gift card And then there was no response I started to hear her talk to what seemed like a coworker and I heard the word walmart. It sounded like a very big loud telemarketing office and I got annoyed and then said can you help me with this? There is no further response from her so I hung up. I am still not totally convinced is this is a scam or not because I do participate in several online surveys, Some of which are for offers for gift cards such as walmart, e t c. well YMS called me today saying I won the $100 gift card for completing a survey or somethin like that. they said they would take even a prepaid card with just like 10bucks on it. They said the magazines were for promotional purposes. they sounded pretty legit but after reading all this im afraid it might be a scam. i dont know if i wanna risk it or not cause $100 sounds pretty good to me.

I got a call from this No. 701-369-4003 and he said same story that i won the $100 gift card. Also, he asked some questions about my marital status,address, date of birth etc. Then he asked for my credit card information and he gave me this No. 855-213-8752 for them customer services.
He was so happy but i gave him a wrong information. Then he called again many times but i ignored him.

I got a call for YMS as well and they said I had won the $100 gift card blah blah blah same story as everyone else. I told them to call me back later because I didn't get paid til later in the week. Even in my half asleep state when they called, I figured I should look this up before I gave them my credit card information! thankfully I came across this. I knew it was too good to be true =( would have been nice to get the gift card though!

This guy called me a few minutes ago asking for my birth date and marital status to see if I was "eligable" to win a gift card for Walmart, Target, or Home Depot. After the marital status I hung up. I looked up the number on google and Wala! I found this site.

Got a call on Friday from a representative from yms and said I won a $100 gift card that's good at walmart target etc and I get 5 magazines. I asked if it was a scam the guy reassured me that it wasn't a scam that all I would have to do is pay an $8.95 shipping fee and id get my gift card. Sounds a lil fishy if u ask me seeing that there are lots of scam variations out there. I wouldn trust these people as they are too persistent. Why would you be that persistent unless you have something to gain??????? Idk I wouldn't run the risk

Got a call from someone saying from YMS corporation--  I told them they have the wrong number.

I just recivied a call  this morning from # 16052690318 and was told that i won a $100 dollar gift certificate to walmart and 5 free magazines from YMS Magazine Source. Her name was Tiffany(# 7876)- a representive from YMS Magazine Source. She asked for my information and if i could pay the shipping fee $8.95,i did not have anything on me, so she told me to call her back at-  855- 213 8752 or she will call me back in a few days. I just tried looking for their website, NONE. glad i found this sight. now i know what is happening.

Got the call today. answered but no one was there.  Just got back from Vegas yesterday where I called 2 different numbers for show tickets.  Those fxxxers must've sold my number.

Got a call from this number to a phone I never give out the number to. 2 days ago I texted a code to see if I won on a taco bell promotion and I think that Taco Bell is selling the numbers. Yup... thats what I think..

Yea same story about YMS I gave him a credit card that I never us has zero balance I never use it anyways when he tried it got decline then he said by when will I put the 8.95 cents I said sure this afternoon  which I won't of course Yup definetly a scam!

Just got a call from the same number with a guy named CHAZ, ID#7522.  He told me he's from YMS and I won a $100 gift card that I can use at a bunch of different stores.  He asked for my birthday year, marital status, and if I used any major credit cards.  I told him I was at work and i'd call back later.

I got a call, he said he was with YMS and that I did a survey and had won a $100 gift card for walmart and then he asked for my marital status. He had all my info name, address, birth date. Then he said I got 5 free magazines and that he needs my card info because I had to pay the shipping. When I told him I didn't have it he kept trying to convince me saying I had nothing to lose here and I should be happy. I told him I was not intrested and he just said whatever and then hung up.
