I received the same call today (6/27/13) and was informed the same thing and I was to send $786.45 to pay US Advance cash loan that I don't know about.  It is a scam.

This guy goes by various alias, what an idiot! i hung up on him and he call several times with his threats! I told him that he was harrassing lme and that I will take legal action against him. he won't say what you owe him, no invoices, absolutely no proof of any transaction. Super Stupid!!!

Yeah these mfs called me earlier talkin about sendind the cops for me and asking do I have an attorney. Im live in New orleans and I already this was a scam. This guy is sending leaving messages on my voicemail and also calling my cell phone, after cussing this man out I told him he better not call my damn phone again...your right he has a very thick accent, I did not understand what the hell he was talking about half the time, I just know he mention court and getting arrested. I told him to kiss my a** and don't call no f****ng more!!

This very same guy just called my husband today. My husband has been looking for a loan, tryin to get one but was denied instantly. so this is b***s***. how they got his social security number I don't know. same guy called my husband though.

i recieved a call from a man..thick indian accent..something about owing money from us cash advance..so not true..said he needed to hear from me or my attorney..it is a scam..pretty much the same message as lrc above..bunch of crap..am going to report ..

Received a call from this number and couldn't understand a word this imbecile with a thick Indian accent was saying when I checked voice mail.  Had to come here to find out.   I have no idea who this mofo is and I don't care.  THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM.

received multiple calls at work, which in the state of mass it is illegal to contact someone at their place of employment, and btw, no one can call the police and have you arrested and put in jail over a debt, if only these habeebs would freakin know that.  They dont care they just want your money.  if you apply for anything on line,all your info is in the system and alot of times these people hack into other systems, get your info and start this crap.  get a life and go back or stay in freakin india....

Has called me several times threatening legal action. This time is was "Michael Sinclair" with a thich Indian accent. Very threatening and unsubstantiated.

I received a call from the same guy today with thick Indian accent.  Said the same thing about payday loans that I didn't pay and I was going to be arrested.  I told him to go ahead and send me to jail that I really did not care.  I had received several of these telephone calls in the past and knew they were a scam.   After I hung up to guy called back and asked if I wanted him to be my friend.  I told him no and hung up.   He called back several times, until my Dad started answering the telephone.

I have received numerous calls today and over the past two weeks.  Same thing as listed in the above comments.  A man with a thick Indian accent threatening that I owe money and that they want the name of my attorney - he asked to be my friend (Yuk!)

I'm getting the same calls continuously telling me they wish me luck and that there will be legal action if my attorney does not get in touch with them ASAP. I'm so done with this crap.

Recd a v/m message from Charles Hendrix left a v/m message that said if I do not hear from you or your attorney then all I can say is good luck as the situation unfolds upon you. Goodbye and have a blessed day. I called this idiot back and he said he was calling to collect on a debt from US Cash Advance, told him he was a scam and tht the Attorney Generals Office has a file on them. He asked if I was from California, and I told him he should know that, then he changed his tone and said please talk to me and I said NO and hung up he called back 10 times. This is a scam never had a pay day loan, never received money and beleive me the US Atty's General and the FBI are onto this.

just got a call from Jason Harper, Left me two voice messages, saying that I was avoiding the calls and threatened to bring action against me at my job and and at  my residence.  Said almost word for word that LRC posted on 10/23/12,  Told me that if i didnt call them back all he could do was wish me luck.  Very thick accent.  I want these people to stop threatening me

My husband received a voice mail from this number. It was a woman with a very thick Indian accent claiming to be Jennifer Brown. She said she did not know why he was not returning her calls (this is the first time there was a message). He must be trying to avoid the situation and that would get him in a legal mess. There was no hint of what the issue was but he was threatened with something at his place if work. Ending with, 'now, James, if I do not hear from you or your attorney then all I can say is good luck as the situation unfolds upon you. Goodbye and have a blessed day'. I can recite the speech and virtually the whole script because either my husband or I have received the same message for 3 or more years from various men or women with very thick Indian accents claiming to be Kevin Anderson, officer John wright, Jennifer Brown, Amy, George, and on and on who say the same thing and threaten us. Will it ever end?

I received a call from this guy just now. He said his name is Jason Brown but he has a very thick indian accent as well. He is saying that I owe 8,000 from a check cashing company. What the hell is this? What is he talking about, I never had a check cashing issue with anyone.

Received a call from a man with a thick Indian accent stated that he had a court order to come and arrest me due to Bank fraud, and a payday loan that I never took out. Called me at least 7 times different person, I hung up on them and they called back and left a message that he was sending the cops to find me....honestly.  This has happened before to me about three years ago. I reported the number and name of individual and any information i had to the FBI, local PD, and the FTC. This is a skype number btw.

Just received a call from this number stated that I borrowed 1500.00 and that they need $40.00 so that they send me the money, if I do not let them draft the 40.00 they will take me to court. The guy can barely speak English when I asked if they could send me a copy of the paperwork that I supposedly signed to borrow the $1500.00 he said it would be a conflict of interest to send it to me.

This is a scam stating that you owe money.
