I have gotten numerous calls from this number,  recording and never an actual person.  Please put a stop to it.  I own no one anything.

They call me all the time and I'm tired of it! They call me on weekends and every.day! I want it to stop

instead of calling and complaining to the BBB, contact the State's Chamber of Commerce. they are the ones who handle complaint about collection companies and levy fines. if the company is found guilty of harrassment, you may be entitled to a monetary compensation of up to $1000 per incident. there are laws governing how they are allowed to operate and robo calling and calling outside of permissible hours are illegal.

I just changed my number and this number calls my phone. I embrace technology and hate it at the same time!

They called me a few times early in the morning and so I added their number to the blacklist. Calls stopped, but I still see them in my call history. No biggie, but I was curious who it was. So I just found this site and called the owner at the number provided above. He was very polite and promised to remove me from their list. I guess I'll find out the next time I decide to look at my call log.

Note: I don't owe anyone a penny and they are calling the wrong number.

The answer is simple. Go to your phones settings and block the call number. Just sayin.

Someone from this number has been calling my 16-year-old son's cell phone while he is is in class every day and hasn't left a message as to why they are calling. We have never even used Magnolia Hospital for anything so I'm not sure why they would be calling, especially my underage son! I've tried calling them to get them to quit calling him and can never get them to answer the phone. Does anyone know how I can get them to quit calling my son's phone?

They call 2-3 a day, Sundays, and today is Thanksgiving and they have called twice today so far! They never leave a message and I will not answer calls that I do not know...I figure if it's important they will leave a message as to who it is calling and what it is about. If they don't feel it's important enough to do that then I don't feel it's important to call them back.

They've called my cell several times, but my phone was off or I didn't hear it. Never leave a message. I went to their website and sent an email telling them I have no credit accounts, accounts in collection, etc. and asked to have my number removed. We'll see what happens.

As a former nurse,  I can tell you that you have a good case...The minimum fine for violating the Privacy act is $10,000.00 plus possible time in the pen!...Even if you did do business with a company, you did not do business with a collection agency and they have no right to infringe upon your rights!...Do report them and make sure you have your number listed on the "Do Not Call" list for many are targeting cell phones now due to so many seeking privacy...If one gets an automated message, if you pick up first and see if anyone is there or say hello and it takes a while for someone to reply, then you'll know that the message is automated or random calling!...Good luck!  I'd love to see someone have to pay for all these annoying calls..Also report them to the attorney general's office!...and State Board of Health!.....I am also fed up with getting automated calls like this plus ones from political candidates!..What gives politicians the right to violate our privacies too if we are on a do not call list already????

I didn't even owe anyone any money -they were calling for a friend of mine's debt.  Really tired of the harassment!

And my favorite is there a phone where hes at so we can contact. They robo called me on a Sunday. I added them to my contacts and gave them a silent ringtone with no LED light and no vibration. Now they are just a notice of a missed call. AMF dik heds.

THEY CALL HERE ALL THE TIME, USUALLY AUTOMATED.  A RADIOLOGY ACCT OF MINE WAS TURNED OVER TO THEM AND I AM PAYING ON IT.  TIRED OF ALL THE CALLS.  DON'T ANSWER THEM ANY MORE.

This automated recording calls my cell phone all hours of the day & night. I have received calls as early as 6am & as late as 11:30pm. You can NEVER speak to a live person. I don't have any outstanding bills.they are making me CRAZY!!

I get calls from this number at least 3-4 times a day and Iam tired of it they need to get the right number for Christi Pastroski.

I got this phone two months ago and repeatedly keep getting messages for someone else, and phone calls. Some are not even in English! This number keeps calling me also

This number called my daughter's tracfone less than 30 minutes after I first activated it.

This number has been calling my house for months now.  I have answered it a hundred times and pressed 4 to tell them they are calling the wrong number.  Every time they promise to correct their records and then the very next day they call again.  We get messages left on our answering machine at least once or twice a week from this number.  It makes me crazy!!

Someone left your phone number as a contact number or else you wouldn't be getting calls... and some ppl are just ticked off b/c they owe a bill to TCM and are trying to find someone to be mad at even though they owe the money for services provided to them!!  Shut up with the whining and crying already and man up!!!

If you have'nt been harassed then stay out of it!!. We don't & never have owed them money. They are very unprofessional and violate people's privacy rights by disclosing personal information to strangers. Legal?? NO!!! Anyone going to do anything about it..  I AM!!!!!!!!

They called my girlfriends house and gave her all the information.  i call them back and told them that they violated the FDCPA.  When i spoke with the woman she verified all my infomation and didn't give me the Mini Miranda.  I spoke with a manager and told her she violated the law by not giving me the Mini Miranda the woman told me that the letter stated the mini miranda and i told her that i just moved and didn't receive a letter.  I will report them

Yes its TCM. They keep calling me several times a week also. Since both my deceased mother and I had radiology tests they've been calling for both of us. In my case it was a case of the radiology company not filling in 2005. Once I talked with them and tried getting them to file, but all they want is the money from me even though my insurance would cover it if filed. The radiaology company said its out of their hands.

I just ask to take a message and never ell them anything. Mostly they use automated messages but sometimes they have a person call. I refuse to deal with companies that have a computer controlled phone call you for harasment purposes when their office is not even open.
