Calls from this number happen about once each month, around the same time of the month. I don't answer and I do not call them back.

Got a call from "Card Member Services" to lower my credit card rates. Caller said he was "Bill Hayes." I got a call from a similar service who said his name was Cody Hayes. Said in Orlando, FL I am on the DNC list.

rec call on 6-23 from 1-662-963-1256. The calls won't stop unless you report the number to the Federal Trade Commission and I know that have complaints up to their ears, but these calls have to stop. Maybe report these annoying calls to your local congressman to put a bill into affect to not allow these folks to bother you at all times and hours of the days?

Got a call today 7/5/2011 @ 427p. This was my THIRD CALL IN 2 HOURS! First call from 407-480-9999, 2nd from 202-552-4791. This time I pushed one to talk to someone and screamed as loud as I could "STOP CALLING ME!" then hung up.
They do not offer you a way to get the heck off their list. These a**les call me at least weekly, if not daily, and use number spoofing, so you never know who it is. There is a theory going around that they are actually USING the DNC list for numbers.
CALL THE FTC AND FILE A COMPLAINT. DO THE SAME WITH YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE.
FTC: Phone: : 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357) TTY: 1-866-653-4261

I received a call from this number tonight on my cell phone, which was in another room. I have difficulty walking and they had hung up by the time I got to my phone.
This is the first time they've called on my cell phone, but 3-4 times a day someone from first Utah, and now Orlando, FL has been calling about `lowering my credit card rates'. I don't answer it when I don't recognize the caller ID, but all these calls are extremely annoying. Also, it is literally causing me pain because of my difficulty with walking.
Both phones are listed on the Do-Not-Call list.
I appreciate the above link to the FCC.

I just got the same call....dont these stupid people know we dont answer calls from wierd area codes? I also tried to call them back and got the same "no longer in service: so it's obviously a scam.. My motto, just ignore them and they do go away
wench381 2011-07-05 18:02:25 Unknown
Actually to stop this company you have to file a complaint with the FTC for not honoring the do not call list

"Cardholder Services" is a 'front' for an underground radio station, which the FCC has been pursuing for years. When you push '1' and get a 'live' person, you are 'on the air', which means their audience is getting a good laugh at whatever you say. In the past, underground radio stations had limited transmitting power, but these 'stations' now also broadcast via the web -- mostly to college students. When you hear "Cardholder Services", just hang up because they will not go away easily, but will eventually.

This is the second call today from "Hi this is Rachel and Creidt Card services..." I have opted out twice already today and even spoke to someone a few weeks ago, that guy hung up on me before I finished talking. I am really sick of this company. Everytime I get a call from them it is a different area code and phone number. They even called me once with a phone number similiar to my own.

I just got my first call today from these people. I will let it go because it is my first call. However, I was also getting calls from a similar place in Arizona once, and I called their attorney general, and the calls stopped. These numbers are coming from Starkville, MS, so to stop them call the MS attorney general and have them reported and they will quit. Just fyi........

Just got a call from this number; didn't list who it was. I didn't answer my phone and they left no message. I am going out to buy a whistle. When I get back I will call them back and use it as loudly as I can into their awaiting ear(s).

Recorded call saying important message about my credit cards. Hung up as soon as started spiel.Violates Do Not Call registration. Whoever it is seems to have a solid record of nuisance violations going. Be nice if FTC/FCC got them.
Rick 2011-07-01 19:37:46 Unknown
Go to the FCC website and file an online complaint.
Get as much nfo as you can from the company, even if you have to feign interest. Get the company name, a good number, person you are talking to, etc. Then fill out the FCC on line complaint form.
Quit griping and do something effective about it.

How do we stop this?
B.Wright 2011-07-01 16:58:17 Unknown
Ask about lowering credit card interest rates to push # 1, a male answered the phone and when I spoke they hung up.
squeaky 2011-07-01 02:41:50 Unknown
We can only dream. I think that do not call thing is a joke. Good luck getting people like this to stop calling.
Virginia 2011-06-30 22:06:36 Debt Collector
This number has been calling me for several months telling me that it is about "mu credit card" I do not have any credit cards. I have had my same tele number for over twenty years this is a recording and bothersome
Possibily this is a debt collector with improper information or someone trying to sell the credit card,
I just hang up.

I thought the national do not call list was supposed to stop these "lower your credit card rates" types of calls!
