I just saw this # come through on my Verizon bill.... for a long distance charge of $64.07 at 4:03 in the morning... NOT COOL!  I called Verizon and actually was able to have all the charge removed from my account as it is a FAKE #.  Thanks to the nice Verizon guy!

I received a call this morning.  I am wondering, after looking at the responses, if it has anything to do with the Target store issues and information received from customer accounts.

received a call this am at 5:45 am PST - I live in the Palm Springs area, did not answer phone. Area code 664 is located in Montserrat. A SCAM TO UP BILL YOU CEL PHONE CHARGES --------DONT ANSWER OR CALL BACK -

I just received a call also but answered and nothing.

I made the mistake of calling this number back before I read all these comments. So I called Verizon to let them know what happened, on a Sunday mind you, and they were very willing to work with me. They made a note that I called, reported that I think this number is a scam after trying to call it back a couple of times, and that if it shows up on my bill, I will not be charged. Thank you Verizon!

Got a call at 2:40 am, No message ~ Some kind of scam to get your number so they can get your phone number, hack your phone number and get into your phone and steal your bank information from your smart phone and anything else they can get off of in your personal information. email, bank info, credit cards you purchase iTunes, and passwords...DO NOT CALL BACK. anytime a strange number calls don't call back wait for voice mail. If no message left they are trying to steal your identity. This is one of the latest scams for smart phones and they capture everything in seconds.

I just got a call from this number, rang once and hung up. Thanks to everyone and the comments, I didnt call back. This is weird, I order many things online but always from secure sites. Hope there isn't a connection, that would really suck! Btw I'm in Los Angeles and I received the call at 11:46 pm.

I got a call from this same number ((664) 412-0060 Montserrat) at about 11:15PM. I had my phone in my hand already doing stuff with it and as soon as it started ringing I picked up and it just hung up. I use a debit card but never used it at Target. I use it for Amazon and other various places. This is making me wonder if maybe there's an internet hacker who watches me online whenever I order stuff and put my info in and are trying to get money out of me. I called back and it didn't even ring, it automatically connected and said "Please wait for the operator" while playing some really funky techno music. I kind of thought it was a party line or something but then I looked up the number and saw it was from Carribean. I checked myAT&T and saw no extra charges on my bill so I guess I shouldn't really worry. I'm only 16, why would someone want to hack into my stuff? I work at Subway and am paid minimum wage. What could a hacker possibly want with that?

Received call at 4:34 PST rang once and hung up, once I saw the area (664) 412-0060 Montserrat I goggled the number glad I did vs calling it back. The phone companies hopefully can stop this scam. I have an iPhone and simply "blocked" the caller.

I dont think my number was obtained from Target as I have never used my cell number for anything with Target.

I just received a call on my cell phone from 664-412-0060. One ring and hung up. I checked the number and it is from the Caribbean someplace. I have had enough of these calls from telemarketers, now I get this and who ever is doing ijust rings once. It can't be anything good. I see I am not alone receiving the same one ring from the same number.

this number called me twice and left no message.

One ring and that was it. After reaindg the posts it is now blocked.

I am adding to my previous comment about getting a call at 2AM. I just tried to block it on my cable company's website and it said the number is invalid. Interesting.

Called here at 2 AM (only rang once, tho) which scared me to death, having 3 sons. You never know.  Guess I'll just block this number.

I just got a call from this number and I don't shop at Target, so I doubt that's it. Very annoying though....rang once, enough to wake me up

Got a call from 6644120060 at 12:43 pm... it rang once and hung up before I could answer.  Called back but got no dialing tone, as if I was connected directly.  Looked at phone and saw I was connected so I said 'Hello?'  The connection was dropped after that.  

Got this call from 6644120060 at 915 am...it left no message..when I tried to call back, it said my phone was
not allowed to call this number.
