The 664-412-0069 on my T mobile bill Jan 10th twice 1 & 3 min, I remember receiving these calls but don't remember calling back, especially not 3 min at one of the calls. The total charge $7.96. Luckily T-Mobile knows this is a known issue and took the charges off. The Rep said it is from a Caribbean Country. I also receive calls from this area code on my house ph in earlier morning hrs few nights in a row. There are Scams all over the world nowadays, be aware!!

jan 11 at 10:30 pm a got a call from 664-412-0069 then a have a charge of $2.98 that's crazy so do not answer from this number

One and two ring calls from Caribbean Country's (Montserrat, Dominica,Jamaica, Grenada,  Antiqua and Barbados, Saint Lucia..) should not be called back! These calls are done so you will call them back and cram your phone bill with high Call costs:

Received bill from Verizon wireless for an international call, which we did not make.  Verizon stated the number called was 664-412-0069, which should not be an international call, but we had not called it anyway.  No record on the cell phone to that number.  Verizon credited the charge but stated they had multiple complaints about international call charges people said they did not make, so this is definitely a scam!

Mine came at 3:17am  I didn't hear the phone ring.  It's not uncommon for me to call these numbers back since I generally get phone calls from all over the states.  But because it came in the middle of the night I thought that it was a wrong number.  I never thought any more about it till I seen something on Facebook from a friend.  He googled the number and it said that if he had called it back he would of been charged a big fee.  
When I googled this number It states its from the Caribbean.  

Received calls from 664-412-0069 on 1/11, 649-232-9841 1/14 and 203-242-7886 1/15 (today).  If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer it.  If it's legit, they'll leave a message if not....oh well, no return call!!

1/11/14 at 4:08 PM I received a ringless call from 664/412-0069 (Montsarrat foreign area code) with no message on my cell

Compared notes with several friends and they too got a missed call that rang only once with no message left from the same location.  Doubt if it had anything to do with the target mess as one of these friends is a teen with only a cel phone and no ties to target or bank cards.

Associated with the Grenada callings. Do not answer calls from the Carribean islands or other international calls.

I saw "missed call" and after I brought up the info, I realized the area code was one I didn't recognize. I googled it and saw this site.

Just received call at 2:36am and called back afraid it was a family emergency as well as I have family accross the glob.. Hope I don't get charged, Verizon must be notified

Wow reading these responses has been interesting.  I also got the call after midnight. Not sure if it rang or not. No message. Googled the area code, found this site. I can imagine if I had answered someone would have tried to get a credit card.  Hope no one falls for it!  I got some calls on my landline a while back where they wanted me to 'run a program' on my computer.  They claimed to be from microsoft. Such idiots.  I kept him on the phone for nearly an hour messin with him. Bet he didn't meet his quota that day.
And I do my have a target card. I did shop there once during that time but no issues. No 'red card', whatever that is.
Tell your friends and family!  Especially the very young and very old!  

Most likely the number that appeared on your caller id was fake. Its called spoofing.  But there is also the chance that the message you heard was fake as well. Either way, stay away from returning a calling from an unfamiliar number/agency.

How many of you are Target customers and have a Red Card? I am, and I'm wondering if it's related to the data theft....

got a call a week or so ago from "publishers clearing house" but unknown number and he had a jamaican accent...  :)
was supposed to call back and talk to supervisor about receiving my bmw within the next hour...

I got a call from this number yesterday also and I called back to see who it was and all it said was sorry you have reached a non working number. I was like WTF!!! I hope I don't get charged for this crap.
