The number displayed was actually 66448819927.  The person knew my first name and started talking but I immediately cut him off saying I was on the DNC list, what he was doing was illegal and to immediately remove any info related to my phone number.  Love the Block feature on the i5.  Probably going to get charged for the call as it looks like its out of country.
