Just another quick note. The area code is 666 but the local exchange code begins with 1. To my knowledge, there are no Local Exchange Codes which begin with 1 or 0.
If calling from a landline, dialing 1 puts you outside the intra-LATA exchange and dialing 0 gives you the operator. Therefore, no phone numbers begin with either 1 or 0 in either area code OR exchange code.
Receiving a phone call from a non-existent area code with a impossible exchange code raises a question: How would I call someone so their caller ID registered a fictitious number?

Received call today, Wednesday, May 11th, 2011 @ 5:56 pm EST ... AT THE TAIL END OF GHOST WHISPERER NO LESS.
I answered. There was no one on the other end and the call self-terminated.
However, I received 2 calls earlier that day that were telemarketing auto-dialers with pre-recorded messages. I haven't received random telemarketing calls in years. I'm listing this as unknown but I believe it was a failed telemarketing call.
