my dad have been receiving the call frm the nbr 6703305061 several times a day for the past week...
he's operator is starhub..
called starhub to ask them to block the caller but they say they are unable to do so coz its overseas call..
damn pissed off man...

I went to the police station before!
I tole them I'd been harassing by this number~\
but since it's a foreign number\
the police tole me to contact the customer service center

same here.

And I have called starthub to resolve the issue. They said they can do nothing and ask me to make a police report...

At least, Singtel users could complain to singtel...Star hub simply implies it is none of its business

I am a Singaporean , I received a call from 6703305061 and 16703305061, mostly unable to call back, but once got through 67030305061, and there is the sound of this lady speaking in foreign lang (prob recorded).
