It's an autodialer calling you from Timor-Leste saying "CONGRATULATIONS! YOU HAVE WON A CRUISE TO _______." I suspect that the scammers are using a Timor-Leste VoIP provider to call people.

I received one on my WORK phone and we are with Telus. I NEVER answer these if I do not recognize the number. We have voice mail so if it is in fact legit- they will leave a message

Got a missed call on my cell from this number too. 11:26am August 13. My phone was on silent when the call came in so I have no idea how long it rang. Of course they did not leave a message. Hmmm I'm with Rogers too... Seems to be a number of Rogers customers on this thread! Any other service provider customers being called out there????

I got the same call. I missed it. Rogers doesn't charge you for incoming long distance. It's beyond your control. I know better than to take a free cruise, but I'll chat it up to waste their time. I think fighting back against the system is how the system will eventually fail and quit.
TO BE CLEAR TO THE PRIVACY CHIMPS POSTING HERE:
Your number is not "private". The people behind these things just call every single possible number from auto-dialing software. While you can "unlist" your number, it doesn't make it so wonderfully unique that no one can ever call you. Phone numbers are extremely predictable so they're bound to hit people now and then.

As someone else noted, call display said CNMI. An interesting note is after 4 rings, the call stopped, then a call from an "Unknown" number immediately rang, and also stopped short after only 3 rings.Reply !

Barely rang before it hung up and immediately another call from 416-613-5802 came in and when I answered that one, it was a recorded "you won a free cruise" spammer. My guess is this 670-330-6511 is the same ish.

Got 2 calls today from that # , never ansewered the 1st then put into IGNORE , its a ROGERS CELL and I get countless junk CALLS.

Just got one of those calls from that number. Only a few people have my cell number, so I didn't answer. And now from reading other posts about the same number I see it's a U.S territory trying to tell my that I won a trip. So sorry Yank, I'd much rather go to the north pole in the dead of winter than go to any state or territory in the U.S.

Don't wanna know that the hell they're trying to scam me into! 670 is the area code for the U.S. Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Just best not to even answer the phone!
