Macy's and Walgreens have assured that they do not share information. Someone at Walgreens customer service suggested that I re- register my phone withe the National Do Not Call Registry, so I did and filed some complaints as well. Please do file official complaints so we can stop these harrassing calls.

These people have been calling all morning from 9 am, at least 5 times until about 11:15 am, leaving tons of bogus numbers on the caller id including: 338-903-6725 and 674-328-8302. Their MO is the same. Robocalls from India and harrassment about some ficticious loan application  being approved.
On about the 4th call, I answered and hung up on the man. A few minutes later another call, this time an aggressive woman. I demanded to speak to the supervisor like they tell you to do when you?re on the do not call registry. First she told me no one was available, then I started timesyelling to take me off their calling list immediately. After repeating this a number of times, some random person came to the phone claiming to be the supervisor. When he said he?s take me off the list it didn?t sound right because usually they ask for the number. He hung up on me when I asked for the name they were calling for.
Can any of you remember giving out you phone number recently? The only thing I did was sign up for a Walgreens card? maybe that did it ?

I just used the police line on two more callers.One call was still on the phone and the other came in with the call waiting. The first one said he was  Steven from ?the education network in
California and not authorized to give me his number? and the form I filled out just got there. When I said the police will be monitoring if he called again he offered to remove my number. I didn?t give the 2nd one a chance to lie and told him the police thing and he apologized and I hung up.  

This is suddenly like a plague. How do I get it to stop ? Call the FCC or the police?
Please help.

They have called me 6 times this morning. I finally answered the last time and it was an Indian guy telling me my auto loan had been approved. I asked if he was legally calling me which he assured me he was. I told him I was on a do not call list and that if I got one more call from them I would be calling the police. He instantly became hysterical and started yelling "No police! Please no police! No police!" I hung up and have not received another call from them since.

Received a call from some Indian sounding guy, but sounded like more of a computer program than an actual person.  Also something about a car loan.  Very difficult to understand.

Received the call 11:14 AM September 24 2012.

I'm on do not call / do not mail lists everywhere;  so I don't know why I got this call.

Received a call about a car loan and looking for cars.  We are doing neither.
