David K. the Deadbeat's debt collector buddies again.  Sure wish David K. the Deadbeat would pay his bills and use his own phone number, not our house number of almost a decade.  Sure wish these debt collectors would get a clue that after making 1,200 calls to our number for David K. the Deadbeat over the past two years, some times six times a day, and never, ever having anyone answer the phone, that this number does not belong to David K. the Deadbeat and maybe they should try calling another number for David K. the Deadbeat.  Sure wish that the FTC could actually do something about these debt collectors, and that filing those many, many complaints with the FTC actually did any good.  May David K. the Deadbeat and all his debt collectors be sentenced to a room full of constantly ringing phones for two years and counting, much the same as they've done to us.

I have been receiving calls from focus receivables at least 5 a day.  they always use a different number everytime they call.  I work thrid shift and if I had their numbers I would call them all night.  I dont even answer my phone anymore unless i know number and unplug it when I am trying to sleep

They call two times a day.
They leave no message.  If they are a debt collector that is against Federal Law.  They have to identify
themselves and for what purpose.  It is a $5000 fine per instance.  If you are on the "Do Not Call" list, you
need to file a complaint against the number.

called but they hung-up when I answered.

they call at least once a week around 8am.  If I answer, they hang up, If I don't answer, they leave a call back number.  The call back number is a 888 number.  If I call....no response.  Very annoying.  I don't owe anyone any money!!!

I didn't answer the call - they didn't leave a voicemail message.

Just being on the list will STOP legitimate telemarketers - but you have a responsibility to report those telemarketers who violate it.

i just started to get this call daily now and we are on the no call list some good that does. i get several calls from telemarketers.

Somebody calls every evening about 630pm EST.  They always say a name, ie this is Jack Clark.  Please call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx.  Other times they will say this is xxxxx xxxxx.  It is imperative that you call me as soon as possible.  I never answer or return the call.  I wonder who it is, but whoever it is I don't want what they are selling.

they call every few hours. so I call them every few hours.i make a loud scream and hang up in their voicemail. that has to be annoying just as they are annoying me. I have never had them answere the phone.if they did answer I would hang up.then call them again, call, hang up, call, hang up to make his job miserable.if everyone did this 10times for each call they to us we could fill their voicemail with screams. american people need to start standing up to these people .
