I received a call from this number last night at my work number and when I callled back this morning I got as message saying their office hours are from 10 am-9 pm EST. The name I got was NARS, I don't know what they could have wanted.

You don't have to click on anything for getting more info about school, all you have to do is use a job board to post your resume and even if you check no to the marketing questions and give a bogus number the "college connect" people will call you anyway because they take it off your resume.   Highly illegal but you can't prove it and you can't even find out what the real name of the company is but it is most likely registered in Delaware, they have the loosest laws and any company can register in Delaware and then do business in any state.  My calls came from 800-737-5280 but these telemarket fishers use auto spoof numbers.

they keep calling me and i have no idea no it is. and i would like it if they would stop calling me its the thrid time they have.

I GOT THE SAME SH*T FOR DAYS AND UP TO 3X PER DAY ; I CALLED IT BACK AND OPTION 1 IS TO BE PUT ON THERE "DO NOT CALL " LIST AND AFTER 48 HRS YOU CAN TALK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON AND IT STOPS.  I KNOW ITS A PAIN IN THE *SS BUT IT HAS STOPPED SINCE I TALKED TO THERE MANAGER AND THREATENED TO FILE SUITE.

Just got a call from this number and it displayed at College Connect...They hung up in my ear as soon as I answered the call. Really creepy to me...

yeah i juust got this call today and it was an older lady asking for a "somayah" idk who that is but the lady called me twice

They called me 2 times today and the second time I answered and they said they are One college. It was some young kid and I heard laughing in the background and him talking to his "homies" he said. WHAT A JOKE! He said I have my number out there saying I want to further my education?? I'd like to know what I'm going to further my education in first! I gave him an ear full and said to never call again. we'll see if that happens!

This caller is really pissing me off! When I find out who it is I'm gonna sue them! Who the hell calls and hangs up right when you pick up? I hope this person(s) is living a miserable life.

dont answer it is a scam...they only keep calling until you pick up so that they can take your information!! Do not call them back or they will call you from a different number as well.

I answered the phone once and no answer then a hang up, now the number has called me three more times, i'm really freaked, your sure it's a Georgia number? I hate this crap!

This number has been calling me a few times a day lately. Finally i picked it up and a man asked for Darian which is my girlfriend. I thought that was strange so i gave her the phone, when she said hello the guy hung up. I'd really like to know who this is. Everyone else just says they hang up right away. I'd like to know how they got my number and my girlfriends name.

I got this number today, like 4 hours ago.. and guess what!! I got a phone call from this number, tooo!! by curiosity I googled and I got here!! what'the heck?

Received 2 calls. Did not pick-up because I did not recognize the number. They left a message on second call. It was a call from the Leukemia Lymphoma Foundation, who I am a member of. They usually don't call a leave messages.

The whole call is a scam, these people are trolls that have no life whatsoever. Somebody on welfare at home is getting bored, and tries to cause the working class havoc. I wish i could find this place, they would wish they never called anybody

They just called me and I picked up.The man who I talked to new my name.He said.......my name and the name of some kind of College I see that you are interested in medical field.That kinda was strange because I am studing to work in the medical filed.How do they know that???? I said No!!!!!! The apologize nad hung up!!!!  And Now I am wondering.......

This number has to do with school, not a collection agency. It seems pretty ridiculous for people to be getting all upset and assuming it is a collection agency. Maybe there is a reson why some people think it is for a collection agency. Anyway, if you were seaching online and clicked on any pop ups for schools or looked at any schools websites, that would be how they got your phone #. And if you call the #, you do have the option to have the calls stop. It's really pretty simple.

We got a similar call this evening on our cell--just dead air, no one there.  It's annoying (and illegal) to have to pay for a telemarketing call, but even worse when there's no one to yell at.

I bet Steve would like to hear your complaints directly.  Or perhaps you could complain to the colleges that use his service?

This number has called me numerous times in the last few weeks.  I called the number back from my office phone and received a recorded message stating that it was "College Connection".  I hung up, as I am already registered for this semester.  Ther are persistant, so I googled the number to see who it was registered to, and found this site.  I am glad I did not answer...

Also, my phone number is a pre-paid cell phone that they are calling.  I wonder if they are simply dialing through a computer generated system, or if they possibly somehow got contact information from my school records on-line?  I'm not sure.  but I also get numerous calls from 213-239-2897.  FYI

This is a college information caller.  When I answered I got a recording saying it was a follow up to information I requested about school.
