stop calling all and all night and weekends

They call daily, from 7 or 8 AM (Pac Time) to 8 or 9 at night. They leave no messages, and if you answer, they don't talk.

they continue to call all day every day. I think it is a dialer that confirms numbers. I'm pretty sure it is for my old ASPIRE visa card who went out of business teying to collect. i got a call this morning they asked for me (varifying) then hung up. i researched the number & this is what is comes back to: MCIMETRO, ATS, INC.

they are aspire credit card and if you are late on a payment they will call

So I've been receiving calls from this number. Keeps asking for Pete. Getting really annoyed told them I would take legal action if they call again. We will see tomorrow morning.

This is a list of times.  Fri 12/11 678 called 5 times, 12/12 Sat 4 calls, Sun 12/13 3 calls and Mon 12/14 2 calls nad Tues 12/15 1.  Maybe they are tapering off.  This is Tribute Mastercard, and I missed one payment.  Please tell me how to block this?  my email is nytwatch1@cccomm.net     Thank you

I filed an FTC complaint today after weeks of harassing phone calls. All over a $10 payment not due until 1/5/10.

They call me constantly starting at 8am even on Sundays. I have checked my credit cards and I was late on some payments but I am caught up now & they continue. Also, I didn't have any cards that relate to them. I'm getting VERY annoyed and I want them to stop!

678-258-5058 has been calling me up to ten times a day since last week. it is especially annoying when they call repeatedly on weekend mornings!!! If I answer the call it is either dead air and then a hang up or an automated voice comes on and says "please hold for card services", it sounds like it is transferring to someone, but then hangs up. So frustrating!!

I see a lot of comments about people thinking they are calling to collect on a delinquent credit card - I have never been late on a card and have always paid in full every month. What is the deal???

It is definitely a credit card collection service - I've been receiving the calls because the person who had my cell number owed them. I called the number back and the lady was actually helpful and said she has taken my number off the list. Hopefully this worked!

I keep getting these calls.  They are spy calls. When I block these people off my computer, they go after my phone.  And the channel 2, 12, 10. Goes out on my TV.

This number calls me 30 times a day, sometimes as frequent as every 10 minutes. I answered once, and told the guy that my number was on a do not call list, and he very rudely said I had to write a letter, which is BS. He said he was looking for some girl named carry anne, and I told him you obviously got the wrong number and to please stop calling. They wont stop. What can I do to get them to leave me alone?!

Is there a way to block this number out?  they have been calling the past few days.  I don't even answer and hit "IGNORE".

I've been getting 7-9 calls a day every day of the week from this number and no messages are left. I thought there were laws against this type of harrasment like the FDCPA. I know it says that they cant leave more than one message, I guess that is why they keep on calling all day but that should be consider harrasment as well. I'm tired of it, If I knew the name of tjhe company IO would send them a cease and desist letter if they call after that you can take them to court. So if anyone knows the exact name of the company let me know.

this number is from Emerge....They refuse to leave a message.  I was late with a payment by one day and they are bugging me about my payment.

Calling cell for unknown person-15 times since 7/3.  I called them 7/5 and told them to cease. Still calling, told them again 7/6, still calling, told again 7/7.  Filed complaint with FTC, going to contact Atlanta Police 7/8 and attempt to file charges there also.  Keep good documentation of call dates and times.  I'll keep you updated on how I do. Message from CompuCredid VISA answered phone that way too when I called.

They have been calling me up to 5 times a day, ranging from 6am to 8pm. This is extremely annoying and a complaint will be filed. Is there a way to auto block this number? I still have no idea what they want because they refuse to leave a message.

GOD I GET THE SAME THING. I CALLED n asked them to stop n the lady said stop wasting our time. i was like wasting ur time!! ur wasting my time.

THIS NUMBER CALLS ME 4 TIMES AN HOUR. THEY WILL NOT STOP IT IS HARRASSMENT. IT IS A CRIME.
