Think he said his name was Roy from Nationwide Credit, asked for an employee who is no longer here, and advising me phone call was being recorded.  I told this caller that employees are not allowed to take calls while on the production floor, and that our phone lines are recorded as well, since we do some Gov contracting, and to perhaps call the employee at a home phone. He got flustered and hung up. Jerk.

Gave me his or her name; I had to ask twice, sounded like he/she said 'Vicky" but was a tinny sounding, accented male voice. LOL. Also advised me he/she was calling from a recorded line. Asked for an employee (who may no longer work here-we have 3 buildings and I don't know everyone) and told he/she that I was not allowed to pull an employee off of shop floors for phone calls, unless emergent. He/she said: "OK, I'll try calling again." Uh, did I just not say that we can't have employees taking personal calls during business house, d!psh!t?!?!?! Good luck with that!

just started getting these calls. no message left and I will not answer numbers I do not know

They keep calling several times a dsy.  I do not answer phone calls to numbers I dont know. They never leave a message.  Plus I dont want to use my minutes on phone calls I dont know.
