Ms. Taylor has called my number for my ex sister-in-law. I explained that I do not have any contact with her and to take my name and phone number off her call list. Every time that I try to explain that I do not communicate with my ex sister-in-law she hangs up on me.  

Received 3 back to back calls from someone claiming to be Ms. Taylor but sounds like a guy asking for my son. They are requesting he or his attorney of record to call them at this same number.

Received a call today from a lady saying I owed them for a check from a $130 check we wrote 4 years ago to Staples wanting payment right away by debit or credit card.  I asked her to send me a copy of it or something so I could check into it on our end, and she put me on hold!  Then a guy answered the line and told me I should be in jail and I am lucky that its' in collections and that if I didn't pay right away he was going to assume it was fraud and take action accordingly!  So obviously they don't care about the Fair Debt Collections Act or anything like that, but here's a person that calls me and expects me to authorize a $700 plus charge on my debit card on a check we wrote to Staples about 4 or 5 years ago that didn't get paid? They won't send me anything or give me any other info on it!  I called Staples and they said it's not in their system and they would have written it off if it was in their system at one time, and that it sounded fraudulent to them as well!  I can only assume it was the company mentioned above "Kemper & Associates." Staples was going to check into them and get back to us!

I got a call at work from Tracy Williams claiming that she is calling on behalf of MyPaydayloan.com stating that not paying a payday loan is considered writing a bad check and that the company can legally pursue matters further if arrangements to resolve the debt isn't made. What she doesn't know is that some of us were not born yesterday. They are an offshore company (in Costa Rica) and they violate finance and lending practices and really DONT wanna see me in court.

Some freaking Ms. Wilson is calling me back to back all day while I'm at work LEAVING ME MESSAGES ABOUT SOME PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT. I called back trying to be nice and offered to her what I could do, but of course that was not good enough so instead of her listening she tries to get an attitude and over talk me so I hung up on her. Why even bother to call if you're not going to listen. She was acting like it was her money.

I received a call from Delanore Kemper and Associates claiming to have a claim against my SS# but they told me that its a civil suit against me and i need to get it settled immediately. But i don't anything like that against me. They are calling my Job which is very annoying!!

I have also received a call from her and she claims to be an important person, while trying to get peronal info about my sister. Then gets she gets very threatening and offensive.  Something should be done against her.  I know I will be reporting her and The Company Delanor Kemper for their rude tactics.

Marsha Simmons called me as well on my cell at work. Now she is leaving messeges every day about an important legal matter.

So what happened?

She called my cell and home numbers leaving messages that she was investigating a claim of check fraud and that she had my SS# and drivers license number. She claimed legal action and left a threatening message, acting like she had lots of info on me. I'm going to report her right now online.

I got a phone call from Marsha Simmons, who did not identify her company and had a complaint against my social security number.  She called me at work, which is against the law, too, but since she must be many people (legion) she cannot be stopped.  Oh boy!

Marsha Simmons called my work asking for me. When told I was not available then asked for HR and Corporate phone numbers. Marsha Simmons then called my cell phone and left a voice mail. She did
not identify what company she was working for only that she had a complaint of check fraud against me. She has been told not to call my employment again as we are not to have personal phone calls during working hours. Who is this person? I don't respond well to threats and intimidating tactics.
