I was contacted by someone saying that he was a collector for QUICKEST CASH .COM. I had received a payday loan from them in 2007. Money was being taken from my checking acct that i had not authorized, so i  closed the acct. In 2010 this collector threatened to have my a$$ thrown in jail if i didnt pay this loan. I paid the loan of 200.00. About 4-6 mths latter i got a call from simon &chase a**. for the same loan but 800.00. Ms Parks informed me that the loan had not been paid and that i had been scamed. I paid her also. I called several times to get a statement saying the debt had been paid. Im still trying to get that statment. Told to call back tomorrow. Now another collection company is calling me for the same debt! C.L.R be aware! NEVER AGAIN NOT GIVING YOU ANOTHER DAMN DIME!!!!!!!!!

This is absolutely a scam and charges are being pressed against these ppl! Statue of limitations expired and that is how they said they got my info. My ss# they had on file did not match nor any other info. I got the number to the company they said they were collecting from a payday loan company and the company said they do not take people to court for

Rude and illegal. They harrass and when i ask for them to send me proof that sets them off more. I informed them not to call me at work, these harrassing calls are illegal and then they continue to call me and hang up on me over and over again. Also, very ghetto when talking to, sounds like they are knuckled up ready to box trying to sound intimidating and to put fear in the consumer. Illegal tactics, and I am going to turn them over to the BBB and whoever else I can find. I have the extension, name and partial recording of how rude this woman was. I hope she gets fired.

Received a voice mail to call back a number or I would be receiving papers in 24 hours.  I contacted the person but got a voicemail called back and told operator I wanted to know right away what this was pertaining to they said a payday loan from two years ago, no idea and then they would not send proof of the loan until I paid them 1200 dollars.    Called my attorney he told me it was illegal for them to harrass me at work and if they are going to serve you then they would step in and file harrassement.

I was contact by this comapny. There was debt I needed to settle. The women Jennifer asked for my. Acct numer to hold the date I planned to mke the pmt. When I called them back they advised me they lost my acct number and needed it again. I refused and advised when I was ready to pay I would call that very day and set the pmt. I did. Then they drafted my acct twice. Cause my utility checks to bounce and refuse to acknowledge what they did. The so called manager a male yelled and me and eventually hung up on me. Saying he was the highest in the company. I still have not heard from them and they have not snet my conformation of payment. Its been 2 months. I am reporting them to the BBB. And the federal regualtors of collections.

This company now goes by Solomon Dean and Associates. They have a few numbers to look out for 770-559-3973, 678-291-9900, 770-416-9454. They was also called Hall associates at one time. Possible names are Ms. Robinson, Mr. Attaway, Ms. Attaway, Ms. Parks, and Ms. ezike.

lLook out for a Ms. Wagner and Joseph is her supervisor...ha! some supervisor hung up on me. Ms. Wagner called my job...i work at a prestige law firm and KNOW i dont owe anybody anything. i called her back and asked her if this was a firm matter or personal matter. she asked me for my name, i gave it to her (since she did call me first) asked me to spell my last name and took a very long time (searching for my records or so she said), finally she said can you verify your last 4 digits. WAIT A MINUTE! is she for real? i said i take it this is personal then...if so then i will be recording you...is that ok? she said i am recording you too (thats funny i thought by law she needed to let me know before she recorded me) but ok i knew i was going to enjoy this. she asked for my digits again and so i explained to her that i was not giving her anything information by phone and that she can send me us mail whatever it is that she is requesting from me and i will respond accordingly other. she spoke over me and said i needed to verifty first, i said no and repeated to explain to her i would not give her any information over the phone, when i started to inlight her on the FDCA, she said hold on i will let you speak to my supervisor. (long wait) finally i hear "Hello this is Joseph, who am i speaking to"? i said this is (said my first name) you are Joseph and last name"? he said "what is your last name" ha!!! too funny we went back and forth with this and i said to him sir i want to tell you that you are being recorded and he said you are not allow to record me(he's right but his employee should have told him - and she shouldnt have recorded me without telling me) ha ha! too funny. I told him "your employee knew this and just put you on the phone like that? shame on her" ...thats when he hung up.....yeah...you got it...i called back, got Ms. Wagner and told her Joseph hung up on me, then she said "hold on let me put you with my supervisor" oh oh...let me guess its gonna be Jospeh again...sure thing! Joseph get on the phone and says "let me tell you something if you call back again....(bong) i just hung up on him!...already talking to a few of my attorney here...its on (researching to nail them)

***********If you guys would just pay your bills and quit complaining about getting calls and help the economy we wouldnt have this problem. I have A one credit because I pay my bills on time. If I take out loans and use the money and people call me because I didnt pay it back, then I would expect to receive collection calls. You guys act like your mad because there are such things as collection agencies and law firms that sue people. If no one paid their bills imagine what type of crisis this world would be in! yes we are already in this crisis because of people like you. You guys are contributing to the dead beats of society. You know why your getting the calls, just pay up. Thank GOD my parents had sense enough to teach me how to pay my debts to society**********

Mr. "f -d up" is what you should call these people.  They're snakes, jack***es and any posts on here that say any different are THEIR employees trying to make nice.  F-EM', bunch of a**holes they are plain and simple.  DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME!  SCAMMERS.
Pass the word, tell these people to get a real job, that's what they need to do, and leave those of us who support their lazy welfare a**es alone!   They probably have 13 kids and steal from anyone they can to support their meth habits!

I'm sorry u feel that way. Unfortunately you are obviously not reading the complaints. It's really simple actually. If these are legitimate debts then they should be able to provide something in writing to state as much. There re alot of people out there who try and steal your identity or run scams such as these. So are we lame to stupid, because we refuse to give our personal info over the phone to someone who cannot provide verification of whether the "debt" is real. For me personally we started receiving these types of calls close to the beginning of Feb which was rt after private information fr our health insurance was compromised. So you really shouldn't judge anyone posting here unless you know what you're talking about. Which obviously you do not...

First off they have to verify the debt in writing or it can't be collected.  Secondly, they have to be licensed to collect in the state in which you reside.  Solomon Dean is only licensed in Georgia, so if you live in any other state you can essentially ignore them, they can't even take you to court since they aren't licensed to collect or practice law outside of Georgia.

Got a call from Solomon Dean Associates from a Mrs.Park, not a very pleasant tone at all, said she would call my job, friends or other contacts. Told me to call back at 1-888-424-2730 but yet the number on my callerID is 1-866-383-2532. I'm in Pa. and I see they have many numbers but do have address listed by BBB in Norcross, GA. I read some interesting info on here and I am going to write and ask them to stop calling me and to send me a collection letter with the supposed amount owed from the original debtor.I think these people know most working folks don't have lawyers but my husband use to work for many of them so if they keep calling and making those subtle threats I am going to ask my husband to talk to one of the lawyers. I will tell you how it turns out/

You can too be awarded money if you do not go to court, but threaten to do so. I sued cpa and my atty got me 3 grand (they settled) simply for them refusing to send me paperwork. I had to split 60/40 but it was well worth for that dumb a** black lady I talked to who thought she was so smart. I bet she was really shocked when she had to come up w/ her 1000 for me lol!

I received a call from a lady with Solomon Dean Associates, LLC giving me 24 hours to return her call at 678-291-9900 or she would contact my employer.  I've done some research on this company and they're a collection agency for unpaid credit cards and pay day loans.  They're located in Norcross GA and work on commission only.  They earn 20% of what they collect.  I don't deny that I may owe someone something... I fell on hard times in '06 when my marriage broke up... the sudden breakup resulted in my vehicle being repossessed, being evicted from my apartment, $1200 overdrawn... bad times.  It was overwhelming and I'm still recovering financially, but just when I was starting to see light at the end of the tunnel... I'm being threatened with someone contacting my employer!  Can someone give me some guidance or at least tell me if this is legal?

SIMON CHASE AND ASSOCIATES "Employment Verification", you need to send me something in writing in the mail stating what you are calling me about.  The letter needs to include a specific dollar amount and what the matter is about.  I will not answer your calls or call any number you leave for me until I have something IN WRITING!  From what I've read on-line, your organization seems very shady and so I will not interact with you by phone.

I received two back-to-back phone calls from some woman who said her name was Jenelle.  She left two voicemails for me which were almost identical.  She was trying to sound very official and threatening.  It is obvious to me that these people are scammers.  I decided to call her back and she said that I had taken out a payday loan by internet in June of 2009.  I told her that was not true because I had not taken out any payday loan after my bankrukptcy granting in 2008.  She then told me that I needed to call the Social Security Administration and report to them that someone was trying to get a payday loan in my name and my SS number.  I told her that the Social Security Administration does not handle stuff like this. I was not born yesterday.  She then put me on hold and came back and said that what I really should do is make a police report.  I told her that this is a scam and I do not want to be called by her or the crook she works for again. CONSUMERS BEWARE OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS TRYING TO SCAM YOU.

I got a call from them and they identified themselves as Simon Chase and Associated Employment Verification Service and then the caller requested payment for a loan that I never made. I informed them that I would need some verificartion of the loan since I had never heard of the company that they said issued the loan but they did not want to hear that. The caller who's name was Cassandra told me that the only thing she would fax was a emplyment verification form. I told her to go ahead and proceeded to give her the fax number and she hung up on me. She then called some one else at the company I work for and told them that I had given their name as my supervisor which I would never do because we are co-worker. I saw another site that identified this company as trying to scam people.

Did they ever actually follow through with the threats?  They just called and left a voicemail to call them back within 24 hours.

MY PARENTS RECEIVED A CALL LAST WEEK REGARDING EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION DEPT AND THAT WE NEEDED TO CONTACT THEM BACK. THIS IS RIDICULOUS THAT YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBER CAN BE BOUGHT AND SOLD FOR SCAMMERS LIKE THIS. CONSUMERS NEED TO BEWARE OF THIS SORT OF SCAMS.

I recieved a call from their office several times stating that I had to call them within 24 hrs to settle an owing debt that was brought to their company. I finally got through to someone in their office and spoke to a woman. She told me I had a debt with a company from 2008 and that shes been trying to reach me before she had to send an employment verification. It was a company I had never heard of. She wouldnt even tell me the balance. Then I proceeded to tell her that I filed bankruptcy and that she can speak to my attorney. I then asked her one more time to repeat the name of the company I supposedly owed and she refused but to tell me that she would jus have to give the info to my attorney and we can proceed from there. I contacted my attorney several days later about this compoany and she said the company never call her or the office about the situation.
