I got a call from this compnay called UCB parmacy. He said I needed to fax a check to him for my medication.  He knew all of my medical conditions and medical history so I assumed that he was refilling my perscriptions. I faxed over a check for $429 to 678-302-9316 and never received my medication. my money was taken out of my checking account and never received anything! This is fraud!
