get calls but does not answer

Yea it jst hapend to me a few minutes ago and i only had my number for two weeks.
But i called and the guy sayed they would remove my number.
Thanks to who ever created these type of websites it is so helpful.

This low life debt collection company call me 6-8 times a day. They think they are clever as they also call from 515 954-7690, same people.
Apparently, ATT freely gives out your cell number. I know I only give mine to people I know
Don't know else to do but wait them out. The debt is not mine!

I have had my new number for about 2 months. Within 2 hours of having my new phone I got a call from 678-331-7234. I explained to them that this is new number and I don't know a Rob. I was told that they would remove my number from their calling it. That lasted about 10 days then they started calling again. Again I told them I am not Rob and do not know a Rob. Once again I was told they would remove my number. About two weeks later they started calling again. I am tired of these idiots. So I installed a Silent Ring Tone on my iPhone and set their number to that ring tone. Now they can call all they want and it will not bother me.

Harrassing phpne calls. Nocone talks but we recieve multiple calls all the time. No one ever responds when you answer. Just constamt calls.

I continue to get calls from this number as have many other people.

I just got a new cellphone last night. NOBODY has the # yet. When 6783317234 called me this morning I *had* to try to find out who it was, so I Googled their # and found this page. I did what Julie said and the guy who helped me said they'd remove my #. My phone also has a "blacklist" feature and I added their # to it, just to be certain they won't be calling me again!

I received a phone call on my cell phone just now from this number... all I could hear was humming and it sounded like someone was chewing something... then they hung up... how do these debt collectors continue to get away with this crap?

I also just received a call from this number (1-678-331-7234). I answered "hello", no reply in 2 or 3 seconds, "good bye" and hung up. If they call again, they will not like what they hear.

I know that debt collectors do not like to say who they are when they leave a message, but if I don't know who is calling me, I don't answer my phone.  I have had enough problems in the past with phone calls, so I screen everything, however, if you do not leave a message or name, I can't call you back.

I just received a call from this number 678-331-7234.  The man on the phone had a Hundu Indian accent.  He stated he was calling me to let me know the FBI was bringing criminal charges against me and that if I paid him $500 he would get me out of this mess.  I told him to go f_ _ k himself and he said that he would send HIS POLICE to arrest me and take my house if I didnot pay him.   First of all I don't have a house.   I laughed and told him to send the Police and the FBI.  He then tried to scare me by stating you will go to jail today.  I told him to send the Police that I could not pay my rent and I need a place to stay.  These people are funny as hell.  Why do they think Americans are afraid of the Police.  This was funny.  I had a good laugh on this scamer.....

3 missed calls from this # today alone.  No message & all I find on this number are more posts like this. Dont waste your time calling them back.

MUST BE A WAY TO STOP THIS GARBAGE..MERELY A NUISEANCE...

I don't know who this is at 678-331-7234 but they call at least 3 times a day or more if they feel like. I have not picked it up, anyone know who this is???

I just called them back. pressed 2, then 2 again. The nice lady said she'd have my number removed, as apparently some idiot who owes $ to someone made my number up (cell number, have had it for 7 yrs) and gave it to whoever they applied with and now they are trying to collect a debt and bothering me, cuz that guy was obviously a loser. She told me his name, I've never heard of him.   Group is called CBE debt collection agency.

i tell them they got the wrong number and they hang up... i figured it was a debt to the last person who held my number... didn't expect to see complaints on it...
