Called my new home number asking for bogus name with correct address - apparently a debt collector verifying an address. Since address and phone number were correct - the bogus name usage was intentional.

678-342-3197 called us, over several days, and when I finally called back, and (at first) didn't get (known listed) Noelle N West, and Jason F West, in Covington, GA, US, just their screening, answering service (says Noelle, and Jason, only), she (Noelle) told me it was for her job calling; for Kidney screening, of some kind. She asked for my number (besides the caller ID, that I called from), or otherwise (she said) she would be calling it again, and was instructed to just hang up, on answering machines (as she did mind repeatedly) and keep working the list. I can only suspect, she is also trying to verify number+owner; for collections, as well. I did not give her a number to blacklist (because you know how well that works), and the number I called her back from, can be completely blocked. I tagged (saved, and named Kidney) her number in my cell, and should/when she calls again, minimal time will be spent. FYI.
