First of all - have any of you been so broke with the economy being the way it is that your last resort was to get a payday loan online because your credit sucked from possible hospital bills like myself because a son passed away from Leukemia.  STOP BASHING!!!!  YOU DO NOT KNOW OUR STORIES!!!

Go back to your perfect little life, with your perfect job that you dislike so much and stop taking out your aggression on those of us whom have a happy home that needs a little help every now and then when the going gets tough.  YES - MOST of us know that it is risky giving out our bank information and are aware of the possibly problems which may occur....but when you have a child that is not breathing and needs to get to the Dr. ASAP for his/her treatment..and don't have the extra money to pay for the $100 dr. visit because your insurance is not the greatest - The risk is taken...who wouldn't??  Unless you are just cold hearted or have a fat wallet with a lot of cash.  Good for you.  It does NOT give you the right to judge us.  Walk in my/our shoes for a day.

I have recieved several calls and threats of being sued and embarassed at work. I have never had a payday loan nor have I ever applied for one. I have fortunately have prepaid legal who will handle it for me, but what a waste of my time.

I was employed by HZB I just recently quit the position because they are not in compliance with state and federal regulations concerning debt collections.  I was sold on the opportunity that people were making lots of money with this company and it turns out that the consumer is not the only ones being shafted so are the employees.  Every check that I recieved was short. This last check was short 615.25 and I was told that they made a decision mid pay period that they could no longer pay me at the rate we agreed.  Although they have after much "loud and abrasive" persuasion they have agreed to pay me my money but that too is yet to be see.  This company is a Lie.  THERE IS NO CENTRAL OR CORPORATE OFFICE.  THEY ARE COLLECTORS THAT WORK FROM HOME WITH NO TRAINING ON WHAT THEY ARE CALLING YOU ABOUT AND AND VIOLATING JUST ABOUT EVERY STATUE OF THE FDCPA. From threats to sue, consumers being locked up, arbitration, investigations and the like.  IF YOU HAVE OR HAVE RECIEVED A CALL FROM THEM AND WANT THEM TO STOP email me at imstillhere513@gmail.com and I will share with you exactly how to nullify thier efforts.  WE MUST PUT A LID ON THIS TRASH CAN.  It is illegal for a debt collection agency to threaten you with a lawsuit if they have never sued anyone for recovery of a debt.  THIS COMPANY (HZB) HAS NEVER SUED ANYBODY AND WILL NOT SUE.  ESPECIALLY FOR THESE SMALL BALANACES IF YOU DONT PAY THEY SELL THE ACCOUNT TO SOMEONE ELSE.  AND THAT'S THE TRUTH.  FILE A COMPLAINT AND NOT TO WORRY.  THIS COMPANY IS A JUST A BUNCH OF HOT AIR.

I called to HZB back and wanted to talk to Carolyn Jones supervisor....carolyn put me and hold for a few minutes and then got back on the phone pretending to be her supervisor!! Guess what they had the same accent and pronounced every word the very same way.  I said gee you sound exactly like Carolyn Jones....she said no Miss my name is Carolina or something like that.  I know it was the same exact person!! She was trying to tell me that her supervisor would not allow payment arrangements and it was out of her hand.  Yeah right it was the same person.  Do not give these people any banking information!

I also got a call from a woman named Carolyn Jones from HZB telling me that I am going to get served with papers for an outstanding payday loan.  I couldn't catch the case number on the voicemail so of course she said that she needed my SSN to verify.  In anycase, beware.  Don't know who these people are but it seems like some funny business.

Got a call from a woman named Carolyn Jones from HZB (hey isn't that the same person that played Mortisha Adams on the Adams Family). Telling me that I am going to get served with papers at work on an outstanding payday loan that I had with some scamming payday company.  Anyone else have any dealing this person from HZB Financial in Riverdale, GA? This company left a message on my companies general voice mail stating they wanted a call back from one of my employees then mentioned the phrases-case number and check fraud.  Both of these terms in a message or direct phone conversation are violations of the FDCPA.  I forwarded a copy of the voice mail to my corporate counsel and intend to pursue suit against them as well as complaints with the attorney general and better buisness bureau along with a copy of the message.  They also stated they were an attorneys office which they are not, they made the mistake of leaving this message on an attorneys voice mail.
