i got a letter from them saying i owe 510.00 and if idid not pay it in 72 hrs it would be 1,156 dollers there fees and all and now she is callinf my job and going to get me in trouble at work, i told her that i could pay her every other week and she said i could not do that, it had to be paid in full. now she keeps calling.

Ms. Trice is an idiot. She repeatedly calls making threats. I have told her time and again.... don't speak about it ~ BE ABOUT IT. She is clearly uneducated and unemployed. She's probably lying around in a tattered bath rob, with worn slippers, a head rag, and drinking malt liquor. I think it's hilarious!  I've reported her to the FTC and they said to ignore her. I advise everyone else to do the same. This is a scam.  Don't give her any of your information and if you have caller ID just ignore her entirely.  You may want to consider changing your number. It's sad that it's going on three years when people started posting about her and she still hasn't found a real job or decided to get an education. I feel more sorry for her than the people she's trying to scam. She's obviously desperate, pathetic, and pitiful. If she believes in God, she'll one day have to pay for the lies, chaos, and greed that she attempted to create here on Earth. I have tagged her as a "prank call" because that is what she IS. She's not a debt collector and she's not working for any legitimate company. How can she be categorized as a debt collector when this is actually just a scam? Please don't be fooled people.

Ms. Trice left me a voicemail stating to call her back. She said I have a complaint sent to her office about litigation matter. If I was going to court shouldn't the court send me notification as opposed to some random black lady!?!

I have numerous calls from this number and threatening me and stating that this is from the judicial majestrys office and that I must call then theaten me with someone coming to my job and home. they call over 10 times a day with threats. This is total harrassment and something needs to be done about these companie

Ms. Trice called my office and gave the same  "if you don't let me speak to ...I'll call your HR department..."  Good, give them a call and you'll find out how foolish you look.  I understand that someone with the same name turns out to be the "wrong person", but you need to check your sources first before you start making demands.  And stop bothering my co-wokers!!!

This women called my boss and was requesting employment information, then called and left a message on my cell phone, so I called her back and advised her that I am in the process of Bankruptcy.  She insisted that I give her my attorneys number.  I told her that my attorney will be in contact with you and hung up, she then called me back and said that I must be a liar since I wont give her my attorneys number then she hung up.  Let her call me one more frickin time!!!!!!

Im not going to lie, I have a payday loan, but I made arrangments to pay these back with the company.  When I called my original lender they said that this women - who calls herself Mrs. Trice, 678-369-4709 should not be making threats or anything of that sort and to tell her that my lender is aware of this and that I should report them to my attorneys office.  So I have done just that - all of this in one day so we shall see if she stops from her on out.

This person is very harassing and has said that she will be contacting my HR department for garnishment of my wages. This has me nervous and I am seeking legal matters now.

This woman call my JOB and left a Message on my BOSS phone states that i need to contact them and the is a LEGAL MATTER and if i dont call her back she will contact my HR Department. (these people are crazy they need to find a JOB!!!!!!!)

These people keep calling me with rude messages abuout a fraud complaint. I have never received anything in mail regarding this. I think it is another scam. another # is 678-619-5604

I've never had an account with Household. They said it was a legal matter. Maybe if I had ever had an account with them I would believe it. Woman go rude when I called back and told them they had the wrong person because I never had an account with them. It's just a scam like half the other "legal matters" out there that call you out of the blue!

They called asking for my exwife, they divorced over 10 years ago and have had no contact.
