This is a spam number guys trying to get your credit card information and if you have any loans or any debt they try to use that and try to scare you also if they have the last four of your social and birth date saying they are going to sue and blah, blah, blah dont give the any information please!!!!

Got a call from a Vernon Jones, did not identify the purpose of the call.

Not sure who it is. they never leave a message. probably someone looking for money that I can't provide. oh well.

Lady supposedly calling from Gerald E. Moore law firm.  Used scare tactics on me for a delinquent student loan.  I'm unemployed, but sent in what I could scrape together in return they said they would send a packet for me to look over.  No packet came, no receipt received, but the money came out of my account.  WHen I called the number, there was no answer.  When she called back - she said she was on vacation, but a law firm with no answering service??  What a SCAM!!!

The Lady call was name Ms. or Mrs. Sims does no what for .

I dont owe them and dont no the law office never hear of them please stop them form calling me .

I have turned in my Credit Card with HSBC and agreed to pay them a certain amount per month and this law firm started calling me.  I hung up on them.

NCO/GEMA has been asked not to contact me. Now NCC calls as well. Harrassment. Going to report them. Call all day everyday

Mr. Chen called for HSBC, did not say it was an attempt to collect a debt. I am not employed, have no income and they are calling to collect about 600.00.
Civil suit. The balance doubled due to HSBC doubling the balance with their fees. Ridiculous. He hung up on me.

Now that I asked them not to call, they call even more!!!  They don't care that they don't have the right person.

The caller asked for me.   I stated that I was not able to talk at present, as I had a client in my office.  He continued to threaten me and insist that I was "in a lot of trouble".  

I asked that he not call me any more and contact me via mail if necessary- then I hung up and he continued to call.

Has left several messages about a debt owed by someone named Andre.  Called and asked them to take number off, after a rude response, said they would.  We'll see.  I'll leave another post if they call again.
