those guys  are hasslers that call u 5 times a day try to tell u that their record shows your contract with them is still valid and you ll  have big trouble if you dont go on the contract with JUST ENERGY.

Getting these calls like crazy at all hours, never leaving a message. Looking at the notes above, it's probably Just Energy - the previous owner of my place was hooked in with them and I just received a notice a few weeks ago that the contract was finishing this year. I'd have to reply to stay on it, or I could just leave it and be transferred to the regular provider. I wasn't planning on signing back up.  These phone calls just confirm my decision.
In my opinion, any company willing to call this much yet never leave a message must not really have anything important to say.
Next time they call, I'm going to tell them to leave me alone.

Also, I'm located in Brantford, Ontario. So they're harassing both sides of the border. ARGH!!

Got a phone call from them - did not answer as I knew it was a spam..I am located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada - I guess they want to sollicit across the border...

It's a company called, Just Energy.  I added my number to their, Do Not Call, list.

Just for the mere fact that they call all day long and have not left a message on who they are, what there purpose is for calling and just plan annoying me at all hours of the day and night is harrassment and they can kiss my a**!!!
I am fine with the cost of my gas bill and haven't had any problem with Con Edison.  I had changed over to a cost efficient gas company and I am good where I am.
They don't leave a message - thank god for caller ID, they don't even give me a chance to get to the phone and are probably lucky that I don't get to the phone. The time that I am able to get to the phone before the second ring.... I have a lot to say.

No message here either. If it is just energy we had them and dropped them. Locked into a 5 yr contract and the first 3 years was saving loads of money versus Nicor customers. Last 2 years with the tanking economy we were over paying and the money we saved just evened out over all. Same as if we stayed with Nicor all along. Company is on the up and up it is legitamate however most people don't save at all or just break even. Only use them if you're company is charging extremely high rates per therm or if they are price fixing based on predicted extremely cold winters.

They may be legit in the business community but they out right lied to me to get me to sign ....and stupid me believed them...that was 4 years ago when they called them selves universal power.  Hydro has been bouncing around the 5 cents per kilowatt and im locked in at 10 cents. Sorry now they are charging me 12 cents due to another gov addition.  My bills are so dam high its ridiculous, and to get out from it is a fee beyond belief.  If they come around do not let them see your bill as many in my area were signed up (without there knowledge or consent) due to shady sales people that took that number from the bills and signed the people up whether they wanted to or not.  Then its a battle to prove that you did not sign up as they tell you then how did we get your info.
Scam scam scam.  These dam people have put me in the poor house and after i told them I can't afford the rates anymore i was threatened with a lawsuit on energy i have not even used yet.
Beware

They are a legitimate company but one of the most expensive natural gas providers.  What I don't like is that their rep gave me half-truths about my gas billing and I didn't like not being told the whole story.

The company is Just Energy... They said I am eligible for a lower rate for my Heat and Hydro... I don't trust giving my personal info over the phone to random numbers that call me so I just said no thanks and hung up.
