We have an appointment on Thursday with these people. They say the name of the company is ACS and want to an energy assessment and check quality of water. They enticed us with a $50 gift card. I will call and cancel since reading these posts. We were sceptical to begin with which is why I searched their number.

They are back, now calling as an Energy Company, wanting you to participate in a survey. Told them good bye.

A scam. I reported them to the feds as well. Try to make a sales visit by calling about reports of poor water quality in the area. Hang up asap and save your time.

Total Scam! These guys incorrectly think they are exploiting a loophole in the National Do Not Call Registry law by conducting a "survey." Their fake 1-question "survey" (Are you aware you can save money if you buy...?) is in clear violation of both the spirit and letter of the Do Not Call laws of both GA and the USA. Certain types of surveys are indeed allowed by the law, but NEVER in conjunction with any form of telemarketing sales pitch. The fact that they try to use a 1-question "survey" as justification for launching into a sales pitch is completely absurd and totally illegal. Add my name to growing list of people online who have filed official complaints against this scam company. Feel free to add yours at "https://complaints.DoNotCall.Gov" Can't wait to see them put out of business!

This "company" called approximatley one week ago, trying to schedule an appointment to check our water. What water? They spoke with a member of my family last week, and this week they called and they would only speak with the head of the household, trying to confirm their appointment. The number they left last week did not match what showed up when they called both times. Sketchy.

Don't make an appointment with these guys. They will waste your time, as they did mine (and my husband's). In fact, the guy was going to walk out and reschedule because my husband wasn't home. After about 2 hours of boring sales pitch, the prices started flowing out of this guy's mouth like a waterfall (pun intended!). Just the basic is $5000. I agreed to the appointment because I was enticed by a free dinner offer. BS. About a month later, I got a coupon in the mail from Aqua Clear. It was $25 Dining Dollars. You could use it at a variety of fast food places, and most had a minimum purchase of over $25. Such a scam.
They started calling again, a year later. They never leave a message. Tells you how confident they are in their product.
