This person named Carl Taylor calls my job everyday about an issue that has nothing to do with me and threatens me and says that he knows the physical address of where I work and he ready to sign off on this to go to the "next level"! He has been told several times to not call my place of employment!! Harrassment is an understatement when it comes to these people!!!!

I actually talked to this woman and she was very pleasant. I realize I got the loan and I agreed to pay it back, simple as that. So people are so caught up into the "laws" and using them to get out of paying the bill. Just have integrity and pay what you said you would pay with honor.

This company is DELANOR KEMPER & A**. They are a collection agency. They called me on my cell number about a debt I have no knowledge of since I have never received anything in writing. Then they called me at work regarding my 'case number'. I took the call and told them it was illegal to call me at work if I request them to stop which the 'supervisor' starting yelling at me saying it WASN'T illegal (which is untrue) and that he would continue to call me until he got something in writing. I verified his address at the address below and he hung up on me when I told him to check out consumer rights on the FTC site. I sent a certified letter of cease and desist and it was returned 10 days later unopened and unsigned.

these people are insane !!!!!

i was contacted at work about a bill from a paydayloan company that i have paid in full from a woman threatning to file paperwork against me.

This person named Mr Chambers or Investigator Chambers called and stated he was contacting the county to issue a warrant for my arrest.

These people are animals, I have seen a report about these tatics in the Dateline piece about 3 or 4 months ago.
The threats to have me arrested and trying to strong arm me, it's comical!
It's a shame, because you know the only reason for them useing these type of tatics is there on a phone (Who Knows Where).
