I told him the same thing.. He called me a CLOWN  and hung up I called the number back to see if it was a real company he replied "LADY YOU ARE HARRASING ME" I said i just wanted to see if this was an legit company and told him Happy New Years he seems very angry for some reason.

I have received calls from this man as well.  He claims to be working for Delanor Kemper & Assoc.  He is very irritated that I would like an email confirmation and paperwork sent by mail before I authorize more payments.  He claims he emailed, however, I've confirmed my email address and still have not received any messages.  He told me I would be summoned.  I did have a payday loan from few years ago but was pretty sure I resolved the matter.  I figure if it's legit...they can serve me and we will go to court.  There are just too many scams out there!

Update. Scammer. I've emailed the original debtor. Sold to 3rd party but not to BKA LLC wheee s pace clsims to work. Tomorrow I'll call the true collection company for that debt to confirm they still hold the debt. Then I'll speak with pace and start having some real fun. I intend to take this to the highest courts possible and see what happens. I just need to speak directly with him first to not be gossip. Others should do the same. Maybe we can do class action law suit.

Keeps calling for bad check in amount $2500. Says collecting for paydayone. I checked credit report. Amount nowhere near that and his company not listed. Will b contacting paydayone about this bogus claim. I owe them but not that much and they don't take personal check.

This people (MR.pace Spencer)is harassing me on the phone with threating about a debt that I have .He knows more than i know.

saying if I dont pay a certain amount of money within so many days, I will be charged and possibly incarcerated.       the man I spoke with said his name was Investigator Hill
