THE SAME MAN CALL ME WITH THE SAME STORY

this company is nothing but an ILLEGAL collection company. They are not a law firm or anything like that. what they are is breaking the law, no process server will come and and 9times out of 10 they are going to tell you that you owe more that what you really do. Best advise is to play along record the calls and sue their a***s.

I got a call from someone called Mr. Overton asking for kanissa kennison, said she was using my name and number for reference. when I question about it he got upset. looked up area code and number came up with this site. called him back and now say lance o'connor. I am calling the police.

I got a call from weinburgstien assc. looking for a Kanissa Kennison, about payday loan and he said used my name and nuber for reference and was rude when I started asking him questions

We took out a payday loan with another company & rejected another one;that compay tried to say we electronically signed a contract & but money in our acct & charged a hefty finance fee. I reported them to police, Attorney General & FBI who works with a White Collar Crime Unit & the BBB & finally my own banks fraud unit. They gave the amount loaned back to the company but credited the finance fee. These people are from overseas & think they can do anything! They don't bother me as much since I told them all of the authorities I reported them to.

I am being harrased by these individuals who claim to be a law firm at my job... i have since lost my job due to the harrasing calls at work...they are not only harrasing me but the employees at the job as well...who the hexx do they think they are!!!!!! please stop them!!!

I received a call from Ms. Jacobs regarding the check deal. Pretty sure debt collector for payday loan fiem that fraudulently put funds in our bank acct even after we declined their offer saying we had signed contract electronically. Then they began debiting large service charges from our account for not paying the loan back fast enough that we didn't even want. We filed a police report & BBB & FBI & each credit bureau. Then our banks fraud dept took over & paid them back the original amout & refunded the service. Charges as fraudulent. So...we still get all kinds of debt collection calls from EVERYWHERE stating that we need to clear our debt etc. Oh & when I searched this last. number it said it was a landline for veterinarian in Georgia! Hope that helps!

Yes, I too was called from this number as was the person above.   I too was told that he was an investigator and that he has my social security number and that it was involved with check fraud an if I do not call he will report me further and have me arrested.

I was then called again from number:678-534-5872.  It looks like these calls are all coming from Georgia and they try to intimidate the people they are calling.   It has to be stopped.   I will try to call as well the above number and report it further as I do want them to stop calling my cell phone number.

Received a call from Investigator Delmore at my job and cell phone, stating that I was under investigation for check fraud on a payday loan that I had taken out. Siad that he had my ss#, where I live and work and that he is going to have me served and that he will be turning my file over to the police department for check fraud. I told him that I would be contacting my attorney and he told me to go ahead that it wouldnt matter because its out of his hands now and that I will be going to jail if this was not paid. I started screaming at him and thats when he hung up on me. I dont know if this is a scam cause he said he was with attorney Staley Lawhorn and Lobowskey Associates but they will not get a dime from me until I can confirm they are who they say they are

Received a call from investigator Ms Jacobs about a complaint against me for misrepresenting a check or some other BS.   Trying to sound all official with a law firm or something.

a man named Allen Stark keeps callin me at work, says hes with Steely lawhorn n theres a complaint about my ss#....calls from 678-534-5726. but wants me to call back at 678-894-2863 ext 114

this is apparently another scam phone fro Country usa    out of atlanta georga....asking about  a pay day loan I had,   have two current ones and no old ones......scamming a celll phone.....they did not have that information.   this person is the same one last fall who said she would send the marshalls out to the house, once I pick up the phone no one on the other side,   need to find out who this is and shut them down...
