I got a new number and have never given it out. Got a call from 678-809-3470 asking me to tell my dad to call them back about something important.  Thought it was strange and wanted to do some research. Any input on what might be going is much appreciated. Thank you!

I got the same message but it was a man named Mr. Roberts.   Is this real?  what did you do?

I got a call from mr. Roberts at weinberg stein and associates stating that I was being reported to my county clerks office for a fraud check.  I filed bankruptcy a few months ago so this cannot be happening.  I contacted my attorney to call this person back I'm not sure if this is real or not but i have been getting a lot of weird calls but only at work never on my cell or at home.

I received a phone call from a Pam Contrell as well.  #678-831-2749.  She stated she has a file against me from a company named JHL.  She said I had to call her back by 6:00 pm tonight or she was going to file against me.  I am not sure who she is or what she wants but I can tell you that I will not give any bank information out over the phone.  Someone in Texas just performed fraudlent activity on my bank account.

What do you look under at COJ.NET to find out if there if there is anything filed against you?

I keep getting calls from the Pam Contrell too. #678-831-2749... Supposedly she is a debt collector. No Info given to prove who she is. Who else do we report this too besides this blog?

I received a phone call from an Off. Lopez from Weinberg, Stein and Associates from Atlanta GA.  She said that I owed a company money and she was trying to collect it and wanted to take bank info over the phone.  I asked for proof of who she was and I was informed she would send it to me by email.  She tried bullying me into making a payment arrangement on an unknown bill and when I said that I still needed proof, she hung up.

I keep getting calls from Nancy with Weinberg Stein & Assoc 678-894-2963 ext 118 who keeps calling me stating that someone has filed a complaint against me in the State of Florida. However when I go on COJ.net there hasn't been anything filed against me.

received a call from investigator Lopez. States she works for Staley lawhorn and associates and states she is bringing charges against me for payday loan from 2008. havent hand this bank account for years. Wont give me specific information until i told her i was contacting my attorneys from my police department then she wanted to negotiate a settlement.

I also recieved a call from a Pam Cantrell from Weinberg, Stein and associates. She has been harassing me at work and my cell. She keeps threatening legal action talking about check fraud and felonies. After several phone calls, I don't believe this to be true. I asked for proof of who she was and she said she would send me an email. I got one, but it didn't come from her company nor did it have her name. Good to see she is harassing other people, I took it seriously at first.

I HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM OUT OF PAM CANTRELL.  THEY ARE DEBT COLLECTORS AND DO ACT AS THOUGH THEY ARE LEGAL...

Received a call from a Pam Cantrell referencing a legal action and a "case number". No real info provided, but after many lookups located who they are. They call all the time. SCAM.

recieved a call from a pam cantrell said she worked for staley lawhorn and associates and said I'm going to go to prison for over seven years of fraud, for taking out a payday loan on line through my bank on march 18th of 2011 and I haven't had a bank account since 2006.

The lady who called me kept telling me that I owe some kind of pay card company, and that she was going to sue me on charges of fraud. She wouldn't give me the name of the company she worked at or her business license.
