I'm getting calls from   678-556-7409 too and I ALSO had carpet installed through Home Depot,  my guess is, this is the carpet installation company doing follow up survey

I, too, started getting these calls recently, after having blinds installed by Home Depot.  Never any sound/voice/music on the other end, even after waiting several minutes.  Home Depot needs to get a clue; all it is doing is annoying people, and not giving them the survey that they are undoubtedly paying for!

Just got some electrical done on my house from these guys. So, I'm thinking like everyone else that it's a survey.

I specifically marked "Do not contact me with other offers etc."  I guess they do not care about that.

These folks are calling MN now. They called 3/24 8:20pm and 3/26 6:25pm. Never bought anything or had anything installed from Home Depot.

Haven't bought anything from Home Depot in 3yrs. And I've never let one of their contractors do any of my work. I do it myself, or use a known local handyman. So they can quit with their unsolicited calls. In the case of people that use them, it's good they do QC calls. You should be appreciative.

Home Depot-survey about recent purchase, unmanned number, automatic dialer, be at any evening.

Received two calls from this number (678-556-7409), one yesterday (12/7) and again today (12/8) both at 1:30 PM. Had a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning company come out to install a new outdoor A/C unit on my property who contracts with and is supplied by The Home Depot. Didn't answer, probably a survey regarding the quality of service they did.

Got call from them around 1:30 PM.  Did get some work done from Home depot.  Never took the call.  Home depot should just email survey  and state "get $5 off if you answer the survey"

They've called twice this week.  Each time around 8:30PM.  When I answered there was no response on the other line.

I understand why Home Depot would want this survey completed.  But at 9:30 PM?  Really?

Christ almighty I get a call from these people every frikkin time I have work done by Home Depot. Ten O'clock in the evening and they want to know if I'm satisfied. Guess what? I was satisfied before you decided to interrupt my weekly Redbox movie date night with my wife. Jerks.

been getting calls around same time from this number.  I do not pick up a number I don't recognize!

I got a call from this number at 9:02PM tonight (Friday) and I missed the call. They did not leave a number but I did get carpet installed 2 weeks ago from Home Depot. If it was a survey from them it is annoying b/c I already spoke with 2 people who called asking about how I liked the service. Enough already with asking how I liked it!!! I gave it a 10 out of 10 the first two times!

No idea. They keep calling - sometimes late at night. They don't leave a message.
We got a bath installed by HomeDepot a month ago.

This number keep calling me, I too just had Home Depot install blinds.

Got a call from this number twice last night. 8:45pm and then 8:50 pm didn't answer. I did buy blinds from Home Depot and had them install them.

You could tell them that you are furious about the work done by HD subcontractors since the company calling you IS a subcontractor of HD.   I'm glad I found this - I'm looking to have some work done and HD is offering a contractor, but I think I'll find one elsewhere.

Not spam.  It's a company calling on behalf of Home Depot.  It's a survey about the workmanship of the work done by HD subcontractors.

Got calls from this number too. Did not answer. Home Depot had a subcontractor install a screened patio for us. I will answer the survey if they call again.

DIDNT RECOGNIZE NUMBER AND DID NOT ANSWER. NO MESSAGE LEFT. HOME DEPOT JUST INSTALLED COUNTER TOPS LAST WEEK. ALSO HAD FLOORING INSTALLED BY CLOUD CARPET ONE

Home Depot,  I had kitchen counter tops put in, bought from them.  It is a follow up after installation.

Thanks for the posts.  Just had work done by Home Depot so I guess it was them calling me.  Won't use them again either.  It took almost 1 month for them to install a 30" back door on my house.

They call do not leave a message. I recently did purchase a water heater from Home Depot, Why don't they just leave a call bcak number ???   This is so ANNOYING>>have received several calls...GET REAL.....

I too recently had blinds installed by Home Depot.  I'd rather they send an email than call if all they want is a survey.  They don't give up.  I've gotten calls from this "Georgia number" daily for the past week.  More than once a day.  I will not pick up the phone
