You are right about that! I did my own research on them, they steal people's information that don't even owe legitimate debts and then try to collect.

Report them to the CFPB, FTC, anybody that will take your call!

You can contact them a 470-204-3055. Misty/Mecca left a vm on my phone for someone I don't know. She claimed she was an investigator for a fraud department and when I googled them the number came up to a craigslist ad and assumed they were scammers.  I quickly found, through a little more digging, that these people are nothing but bottom of the barrel debt collectors.

I called them back, Misty/Mecca answered with "Investigation Department", and I asked to speak to the person listed in the ad, Say (real name Seitu Hyman). He actually came to the phone. What kind of legitimate fraud investigating office shares a phone number with someone who advertises on craigslist?

Classic case of bill collector trying to collect money, this place is a fraud! Common sense is the county you live in will not let a outside agency determine wether a "warrant" will be issued for you arrest. And they want your SSN to "verify" your identy! What a joke. Got the call today from kW associates litigation n fraud from check n go n check n go persuing fraud charges from 2007 yet io called check n go n once they sell it they r No longer respoe for it!  I offered 200 and wouldn't accept supposedly sending to da in morning for potential prison sentence!!  His name was nathaniel white!

It was the wrong number (He called most likely old user on my new house number). Said the guy was "warned"...gave a case #. Caller was named Justin Blake.

Mesage left on voicemail from this phone number stating a complaint has been filed with my name on it, gave a case number, and stating that we must speak and that "I have been advised".  The grammar was very bad. Did not even pronounce the last name correctly and it is not hard to pronounce at all.   I'm am fairly certaing this is a scam.

This is a very agressive agency that leaves threats of fraud, they buy old debt that has been written off by the original creditor's taxes and does a smoke and mirror accounting to create their wealth. Report them to the IRS Fraud dept. America has gone down the crap shoot with banks and corporations who create

Got a call from this number yesterday. Said that I has been accused of fraud & I had been warned. Called number back & got voice mail.Caller said her name was Kerry/Kerri Williams with KW & Associates. What the heck is going on?

I dealt with this today and since then have been online researching this Kenneth White and Associate and have learned that they are a collections agency; however whether or not they can send your case to the DA's office ...IDK whta I will say is to research the statute of limitaions in your area, so like in my case I am from Texas the check was for 320 so that would be considered a misd and "for any misdemeanor the limitations period is two (2) years. " so they cant seek legal charges since that was back in 2006 its not 2012 the statute of limitations would now be up.

received a message today from 678-607-2725 saying there were fraud charges against my SSN.  Also gave me the name of another person on the same charges.  I thought that was illegal.  Never known any kind of official business of law to take place via telephone.  Called the number back and got a recording for a Kerry Williams from KWN Associates.  I'm thinking scam.

wanted payment of $512.50 in 1 hour or a warrant of demand would be sent to our local D.A. office. sarah flinch said she was the supervisor when I asked to speak to one got offended when I asked if this is a scam, as if people dont call all the time trying to scam you. not a hundred percent sure.
