THESE PEOPLE ARE NUTS!!!  DON'T MAKE PAYMENTS!!!

Today 5/21/2012 so far within the last 7 minutes I have received 3 phone calls from this "Mrs Knight"  Yelling, screaming, threatening etc.  I asked her to provide in writing the information on my outstanding "balance".  She states she cannot provide me with written information.  I told her unless I had something in writing I would not remotely consider sending her money or making a payment over the phone.  When she called back she asked what my email was, I also refused to give her that.  In the back ground there was complete chaos.  She's yelling (after she put the phone down) that I was crazy...I recorded the conversation.  Do not send these people anything!!!!  AND REPORT IT!!!  This has been going on for no less than a year with me.

Today I got a call from a random lady saying i was basically going to jail for check fraud... and that i needed to talk to a Ms Knight a attorney in their area which when I asked she wouldn't tell me. When I asked for what she couldn't give me all the correct information. then she gave me a price of 714.00 to pay for a payday advance, I advised her if I could do payments cause I didn't have money like that she insisted no payments could be made I needed to pay all of it at once, then she put me on hold to speak w the attorney Mrs Knight that was supposedly waiting to speak to me if needed. when the lady came back on she stated that she could take the full payment of 541.00 ??? ummm what wow that changeded quick! when I stated for a explaination as to how it is so much when you can only barrow 350.00 max she said it was from bank charges and fees but times 5, but even when u add it up it still doesnt match.. then I asked where I send the payment to she said i can make it over the phone I said no cause the money is not there. She said they are set up with Walmart direct payment..... REALLY??? what state attorney is set up at Walmart. I told her she was crazy and to do what she needed to do I will take it up w my state D.A. when and if they contacted me

I got a similar message. Exact in every detail, except the person is someone I've never heard of. She used the name "Nicole Miller". Left no company name.

Didn't answer. Machine message states that it's an urgent message for a distant relation of mine. Caller identifies herself as "Mrs. Knight". Speaks about a "report of fraud" that has "crossed my desk". Leaves a reference number to call back with.

The caller never identifies a company name,  remains suspiciously vague in her details, and positions herself as some sort of legal professional. The caller speaks with anger and irritation in her voice, no doubt as a means of intimidation as she spews out random "power phrases".

This is no doubt some sort of "phishing" expedition.

anybody know who this is?? Just got a new phone number and these called within hours!!
