Fishing scam.  They spam numbers to determine which numbers correlate to an active lines.  If you pick up, you validate your line as an active one and they turn around and add it to a list of active lines they sell to telemarketing companies.  Theoretically, even if you let the call go to voice mail, they will still know it's active.  This is why they leave no messages or hang-up when you pick up.  They have no interest other than establishing that your line is active.

I have received several telephone calls from this number, they don't leave a message.

I also get calls from this number!! And no one will leave a message. You would think if someone was wanting money they would leave a message!! I think its a scam!!

I'm also a receptionist.  I live in the 678 area code, so I was curious when I got asked to press 1 for English.  I googled the # while I was on hold and came across this.  I didn't understand the name of the company when he answered, but it was something financial.  When he picked up he said, ______ financial, how may I help you.  I replied "you called me" and he hung up.  how can you collect $ from someone if you hang up on them?

These b*****ds call me random and dont have the balls to speak they can kiss my white asss!!!!!!!

I have received multiple calls from this number, the same as all of you...not to mention, I am on the "NO CALL" list. Got a recording when I picked up, and asked me to "press 1 for Engish". Needless to say, I hung up immediately. This is probably their 4 time calling in a few days, they called one night at 1am!!

I am a receptionist and have received automated calls several times from this number at our office. The voice says "If you would like to hear this message in English, press 1"  Now, as if supposing that I was stupid enough to stay on the line for a recorded message wasn't enough, they add to the offence by telling me to press 1 for ENGLISH??? Wow, that really is nervy!

I was hung up on twice by these people, they can't be debt collectors, debt collectors don't habng up in your facce, they want to get money. I pressed the ooption for CEO and a woman answered the phone asking did I receive a automated call I told her yes and I was hung up on and she hung up on me. Does anyone have the address to this place, I would like to pay a visit to the CEO.

I have received multiply phone calls from this number, they never leave a message and they call all hours, even late at night.

I've received three calls from them today - no message left.

Turns out this is NCC, A Division Of Commonwealth Financial System (basically a debt collection agency).  If they'd bothered to leave a message I would have explained that they have the wrong number.

However they didn't bother and I'm not going to call them; I'll just block the number.
