got a call from rachel, says she is calling about my resume.  When i returned her call i got a recording for a company called PFS i think that is what he said.

Yep, it's Primaerica. I went through their "interview process" and it's basically selling financial planing services. When I asked them where the leads come from, they said to start with friends and family. WHAT!? No way!! I'm not doing that...first of all, it's all commission. Second, it's none of my business what kind of money my friends and family have (or need planning for).

I call it a "legitimate scam". It's legal, but it's scam'ish.

I received a call from Reycel.  It sounds like Rachel when she leaves the message, but I went in for the "interview" and it's Reycel.  I am well informed about Primerica and know they try to recruit independent contractors to sell their products.  The only reason why I went into the meeting was because she informed me it was a specific position for their company, not their "career opportunity" where you pay money to become a part of.  Be careful, I drove 1 hour to stay for 5 minutes once I found out it was not a legitimate job opportunity for their company.  Apparently they will say almost anything to get people to come in.

I received a call from Reycel about a training opportunity for Primerica.  Read your posts.  Not going for the interview now.

I received a call from Laurn the other day saying she was primerica and I drove all the way to Dawsonville for the interview for it to be a scam. I am trying to figure out how they can get away with this.

I just got a call today from Rachel (Reycel). Being that interviews have been scarce in this market I agreed to meet them tomorrow. Now that I did the search on the number and read all this....forget it. I'm not driving 50 miles one way for that crap.

If you are going to call someone every other day you need be available when you call back and not get voicemail every time! This is a scam to some degree and I wish she or it never found my number.

(678) 648-5403 Got a call from Rachel...again...I have told them multiple times to remove my name and phone number from their database, but they continue to call!  They get your info from CareerBuilder, Monster Jobs, etc. and go after those of us that need jobs, taking advantage of the weak job market.  I've never heard of anyone getting a legitimate job with Primerica...but lots of people getting these calls!

i got a call today too. from ''Rachel'' and of course she gave me all the ''resume good things about it blahblahblah''thing. when i asked what the company does she said its a finance company but she never did tell me the name. i have an interview at 10:30 tomorrow morning. im thinking ill go just to see what this really is.

Ha! My wife has great instincts. She thought this was a scam. This just confirms it.

Received a call from "Rachel".
When I pressured her for details and said I would not show up to an interview for an unknown job she said she was with Citigroup and that they were expanding.

She failed to provide any details at all as to the positions being filled, Said I needed to come in for an interview to see what I would qualify for.

Saved me gas money I can ill afford to waste right now.

It's Primerica they are trying to get you to become a telemarketer.

A message to call 678-648-5403 was left on my phone Sunday afternoon, 2-15-09, from a woman identifying herself as Rachel saying she wished to speak with me regarding my resume.  I called the number back to see what kind of business it was and got a recording in a man's voice saying I had reached CFS or PFS Enriquez and Associates?it was hard to understand.  I tried Googling the phone number and found it to be a unlisted number in C**ming, Georgia.  Wanting to find out who had called me, I called again Monday morning to either ask someone who they were or hope to better understand the message this time.  Got the message again.  I figured a legitimate business would answer their phone.  That l led me to this posting.  Since I received the call just hours after posting my resume on Career Builder, I assume that is where they obtained my phone number.  It's stressful enough trying to find a job in these times without having to put up with calls like this!

I also received a call from 678-648-2485, but when I answered, they hung up.  I assumed it was a wrong number, but they called back about 15 minutes later.  This time, I didn't answer, but "Justin" left a voice mail about how he had seen some "interesting things" in my resume and asked me to call back at 678-648-5403.  I called back a half-hour later and got the recording for what I thought said "PSF Enriquez and Associates," but it was hard to tell from the low quality of the recording.  After getting the same answering machine a couple of more times, I did a reverse number lookup and should not have been surprised that it was an unlisted number somewhere out of C**ming.  I could not Google anything on the company or anything close to it until I happened on this thread.  Thank you for alerting me to these jerks.  It stinks to high heaven for these sleazy telemarketers to take advantage of people looking for work.  Things are bad enough without these vultures preying on your hopes and desperation.

Someone name Justin just called me as well!  If they call and don't leave a company name then you know something isn't right.

This is PFS- a scam.  I have had them calling from numerous phone numbers for almost THREE years now.  I have even gone as far as telling them NOT to call me anymore, but low and behold, they call again.  In my opinion, never call back someone that 'saw your resume' but fails to leave a company name on a voice mail.  I wish I knew how to block them from calling me at all simply because this is absolutely a marketing scam where the people that are calling you do not communicate with one another to know that you have already been called over 100 times and told them not to call anymore.

I received a call from this # from a female named Ms. Tella (I think) stating that she came across my resume on Monster.  I called the # back and got a voicemail for PFS & Rickinson Assoc.

Received a call  from Michelle saying she was calling about my resume left no company name and call back number 678-648-5403.

Received message saying they were calling about my resume. Company voicemail says PFS or CFS. Her name was Rachel and the number is out of C**ming, GA.

Received call on 10/7/08, caller IDed herself as Rebecca. I live in Suwanee, GA. Said she had my resume.

Call from Eric stating he had reviewed my resume.  I tried to call back but just got a recording...I think the name of the company was CFS or CSS or CFF?  Couldn't really make it out...but I don't think I submitted my resume to a company by any of those names.
