Payday loan collectors adding up to a grand to the original loan. No attorneys there

The same thing happened to me, it is a scam, dont these jerks have anything better to do than all this bull!!!!

This person name Brian Alston calling threatening my family saying that they would get me lock up and they dont want me to be lock up doing the holidays. Never heard from this company and how they found out my aunt number on my father side. I did not have her number. So we thinking that they call all the Holland till they found me. I been fraud before and I talk to a lawyer and he said a creditor or lawyer do not call u and tell that they are going to lock you up or have a warrant they would just come and do it.  They would also send a letter head paper to you. They want to pay on a prepaid card. It's a foreigner never heard from this company before and I read other posts about this same number with different names contacting people and using scare tactics and to come to found out they are fraud.  

I am receiving harrassing phone calls from this company because they are upset as to my comment on Google. Some of the phone calls are of a sexual nature. I have contacted the police department and will be filing complaints with the BBB. This company has some very bad people. Please do not be fooled by them. If there is a warrent for your arrest, there is no way an attorney is going to call you, they just come and arrest you.

Someone named Tim Hoffman (an attorney) called my son today and informed him that there was an warrant out for his arrest for fraud charges, found out this guy is a fraud!!!! He wanted my son to send payment so he can eliminate the warrant. SCAM, SCAM, this guy should be ashamed of himself for doing this to people. I called Tim and asked for his Bar number, he would not give it to me. My son called Tim and Tim called my son Scum. What a horrible person. Please do not be fooled by this Company called Legal Mediation Services.

Guy call today. Told me same thing when I told him that I know it wasn't real he got mad and started cursing at me....good thing for google search ....guy won't be fooling me!

Calling my family members to locate me and telling them my info and that they are going to issue an arrest warrant if I don't pay the full amount owed. I think it's just a collection agency because they called from a number nowhere near the state I owe money to. I called them and they like to use scare tactics.
