Calls repeatedly and asks for someone I've never heard of. This is harassment!!!

I live in Hawaii & our time difference is 6 hrs earlier then the east coast such as Atlanta, Georgia. I have been getting calls from 678/666/0793 for over a month at 2AM, 4AM etc...
This is beyond harassment and I need to have it stopped.
Please help!

I've just received a call from that number and they asked about someone else, I was in the middle of something and he said he wants to confirm my mailing address, how can I give someone that did not identified himself, nor from any company, my name, mailing address or anything else, I do not even know why he called my number for

I just received a call from this number but I didn't answer. Then I called back through a private number and they are posing as a credit collection company. Its fraud as I don?t owe anything. They are just trying to get information..

Nationwide Credit Inc .... they have come up with a whole new set of phone numbers to call from.
